Yes I had a flat tire and I had no tool to release the spear tire on my f150 truck... I call auto zone and to make my story shorter but yet powerful I would like to give one of their night managers a 5 star because Mrs Cathy literally came to my location with the tool to release my spear tire... Saying that I want to thank her personally for being a shinning star at auto zone

store seems small from the outside yet they had all i need in stock. a willing worker met my request of a vehicle code reading. i received a full, printed report, help determining my next steps and available parts.

The staff were so helpful, the woman at the counter was very friendly, and the younger man who was working (lighter colored hair) assisted me in changing my spark plugs and was very informative. They helped turn my day around after my car started acting funny. Thanks for solving the issue.

Thank You to R.J. @ the conneaut Ohio location! I recently had surgery on my dominant hand. I desperately needed a bulb installed into the rear driver side brake light. So I couldn’t do it myself. He came out in 36* rainy weather and installed it for me! Thanks bunches!!! You are appreciated!

I stopped at the Conneaut, Ohio AutoZone to have my battery checked to make sure it is in good condition for the winter season. Jesse took care of me and I can't say enough how great the service was that he provided. He provided excellent customer service as well.

Recently moved to the area and this is the only parts store near my new house. I CANNOT stress enough how helpful and courteous the staff was even though this was a Saturday afternoon and they were quite busy. I was taking on a task, while simple, I had never done on my own before. Not only were they helpful, but when I returned to recycle old oil they even asked how my project had gone and asked if i had any additional questions. Great people, great service!

Stopped in for badly needed wiper blades. Welcomed to the store when I walked in and asked if I needed assistance. A very kind man looked up what I needed and put them on for me. It was great!

Cannot go wrong with AutoZone. For one reason or another I’m in Conneaut (or surrounding)Autozone’s almost daily. I have Never had a bad experience with staff or store. Easy to get along with and product knowledgeable. What more could I want?

The experts there are more then knowledgable and helpful, the guy that checked me out was helpful in explaining what battery would be the best choice and why and the other man who put my battery in was patient and thorough. ( everything wasn't where it should be to make it easy lol) Would absolutely come back!!!!
