The 5 stars is ONLY for the employees!! Shout out to all of you, but today, Tanya specifically! She was kind, compassionate and extremely helpful when I returned to the store with newly bought but non-functional items. Her excellent handling of the situation turned my whole day around. The store itself, and the company? You guys get NO stars for your abusive treatment of your employees and for setting them up for failure with your flagrantly fraudulent business practices.

If you like friendly helpful people this is the place for you. The employees never make you feel unwelcome. They answer any question you have and you will always leave with a smile on your face. You can find a little bit of everything here. The store is always clean. So no tripping over boxes in the aisles. It's a well stocked, friendly place to shop.

Best Dollar store in town if I am near the Dollar Store in town I usually, drive out of my way to get to the West main road store. ALWAYS neat and clean. Always greeted by staff. Employees are very helpful. Even helped set up my Dollar Store app on my phone so I am able to access coupons.

Very nice store. In this town, one of the best. Place is always well organized, and stocked with whatever you might need. The management, and staff have always been very friendly to my wife and I. The prices are extremely reasonable, and the markdowns even better. Great place for food, snacks, cleaning supplies , etc.

This particular dollar general is small but they got their stuff together! And all the workers make your shopping experience very pleasant and worth going to the "smaller store" always have a good selection and everything in stock unlike some of the bigger stores that only have what they want to order in stock. I only shop at this dollar general.

Good place & We drive 10 - 15 into Conneaut from Pa. Because there's no DG store in Pa. like that one with such a expanded grocery items, & fresh produce items like this one... it's worth the drive. But the last time We were in there, the toilet in the women's rest room was turned towards the wall, & was about to fall over because it was VERY LOOSE ! And the men's restroom was shut down & out of order.. and I told the blonde manager (female), about the women's room and she didn't even care, & I told her that it needed tightened before someone sue's them for falling over on it...& asked her how bad is the men's restroom if the women's is open, & that the toilet is falling off the floor ? She didn't even care ! 🤬😧😡😞😵😎 😎

The cleanest most organized regularly stocked DG I've seen. The checkout counter is not smeared with whatever the other ones are always smeared with. I travel a little farther just to come to this store. Thank you.

Their new remodel almost makes it to where you domt have to go to Walmart anymore! They've got produce and beer now amongst other general products like holiday decor and paper products.

Jacob and Ryan are two of the best employees EVER! DG should be so proud they have the caliber of these 2 young men under their employ. (Conneaut, OH) They are not only kind and polite, but helpful beyond belief! Also I would like to mention Tony and Stephanie who are also extremely nice. And Karen and Becky as well. Whoever is responsible for hiring these exceptional people should be complimented! I am truly grateful for my neighborhood DG and these super employees!

People and prices are both very good. The folks here are friendly and helpful. The prices are on the "mark" for those of us that are trying to get the best buys for our buck!

I drive the extra 15min out of my way just to shop at this location. The other Conneaut location is HORRIBLE.

Seems like they're everywhere but not all are the same quality as each other. The store in Conneaut on 20 is always clean and in stock

Always friendly, clean and well stocked unlike the one on state st just wish they opened a 7 am

We love to go to dollar general on gore road. They are very nice there and will help you find stuff you cannot find.

I always go to that dollar General because it is clean n neat. Things r where they r suppose to be. The people there r always very pleasant.

I give it five stars due to being a tad nicer than the one in town, plus on the bright side Tony works here.
