THIS PLACE IS WONDERFUL! I was assisting my boss in getting balloon bouquets for his daughter's birthday last minute and during a helium shortage. After hours of searching, I happened upon Petit Blue; read the reviews and looked at the shop and thought "What a gem of place!" I contacted the owner Colleen, who even on her day off, worked with me. She was so great to work with: sweet, kind, timely and responsive. She truly made my boss' day when he came to pick up the balloons. Oh! And she also helped give me a good review to my boss! I am more than thrilled with my experience, especially as someone who is an Admin and these things can be super stressful for us. THANK YOU, COLLEEN! YOU ARE DEFINITELY THE PARTY FAIRY! You help us make magic happen! Will be suggesting this store to others and will use again in the future.

Colleen is the sweetest most down to earth person that is very approachable and passionate about everything she does. She personally curate’s everything in the store. It’s a five for all the senses! Breathtakingly beautiful window display of macaron towers. Whimsical products for all of your sophisticated events for both children and kids at ❤ heart. When planning an event, Petit Blue is a must have. Don’t even think about a party store that’s a few blocks away, you’ll miss out on products and service you can only get from Collene. Last but not least; her balloon selection and arrangements are a true work of art.

Petit Blue created a BEAUTIFUL balloon bouquet for my friend’s 40th Birthday!!! Colleen, the owner, went above & beyond to help us select our arrangement and she even went out of her way to deliver them for us!!! So kind & thoughtful!!! I absolutely love Petit Blue! I find the cutest things there I love the bath bombs especially. Everything in the store is curated by the owner Colleen, she has exquisite taste and always has her hands in helping build a community. Definitely check it out.

Colleen prides herself on personal attention and amazing customer service, as well as unique items. Best in EH if you are planning a party, need gifts - anything for kids. She re-did all my balloons (and there were a lot) after there was a schedule change for the party - incredibly gracious and super appreciated. She's incredible with advice - I put myself entirely in her hands!! Highly recommend.

Petit Blue is such a lovely store. Once you walk in you feel a sense of calm and wonder- it feels like home. The products are unique and special. Petit Blue really does make your dreams come true; from balloons, party essentials, adorable plush items, and more. I always love my time there.

Petit Blue carries the most unique gifts I have ever seen in a toy store in the Hamptons. They are hard to find anywhere else, very high quality, and Colleen is so knowledgeable and helpful.

Low satisfaction with customer service. While the items at petit blue are unique and cute, I have to give a one star for rude staff, specifically who I worked with for an order. The owner, Colleen, is abrasive, arrogant, and plain rude when speaking. Not sure if there’s a particular reason social interactions are hard but she definitely comes off impolite and aggressive.
