We have a business account and one of our employees needed to switch his contact info from an older to newer phone. For the sake of time and required expertise, I stopped in to your store for assistance. Louis very kindly offered to help and completed this task in a short time. In addition, I am a newly assigned account administrator and was having difficulty with on-line access, having spent over three hours on the phone with customer service. Louis offered to assist with that situation as well and we tried several different steps, both in store and remotely. Although we weren't able to resolve, his offer and efforts to help were so greatly appreciated, especially after the challenging time I had on the phone earlier in the day. I live in LeRoy and have frequented your store many times over the past several years. Each time, all of your employees have really gone the extra mile to assist, showing patience and providing thorough explanations. Thank you once again, to Louis, for the great help given to Lapp Insulators!

Joseph was great, super friendly and knowledgeable!
The general manager was a bit rude and rather condescending to Joseph. Quentin shouldn't try and be 'funny' infront of customers, it's not professional. Aside from that it's a very nice store, clean and convenient. Highly recommend for any Verizon users!!

Needed a new phone and usually drive to the Batavia store. Quentin was very helpful and transferred everything over from my old phone for me and helped me set it up. Even put on my screen protector. Great service!

Joe was able to find a way to get us a new phone, tablet and keep our bill the same. I waited until I saw my updated bill before I posted to make sure what I said it's accurate. He was wonderful to deal with and I would definitely go back again!

Quentin is so calm, helpful and knowledgeable. Don’t hesitate to buy a phone from them or to go in if you have questions or a problem. So glad they are here locally for us = a awesome security blanket!

My new phone was not activating properly...and tech support was not able to help me. Went to Leroy Verizon and Joe did a great job!!! He was very friendly and was problem solving from the moment he got my phone. He didn't give up and finally resolved my issues. 👍

Excellent branch. The staff were all exceptional and I felt they went above and beyond to ensure that all of my questions were answered and letting me know all of the options available to me.
Joseph, in particular, made my review a 5 star. He was able to answer any questions that I had, and went so far as to search google on the spot for answers to questions that he did not immediately hve an answer for.
I would highly recommend this branch and working with Joseph. Would visit again.

The service was great. Joseph explained the differences in the phones I was looking at very throughly. I was ver satisfied with my service today that I shared my experience with two family members that are looking to buy new phones. I will do my future shopping at this location in Leroy, NY.

I have been to several Verizon stores before and there is no better than the LeRoy location. Joe is a knowledgeable and friendly guy. He was pleasant to work with. I will never go anywhere else. Go see Joe!

Lost my phone! Won't go into those details but Quintin was there to help me fill out paperwork & order my replacement. When it arrived, I drove right down to see him & he set it up for me in a very short time. This is NOT something Verizon will do for you, but Russell's Verizon will...plus most stores are closed because if Covid 19! Turned a bad experience better!!

The poor guys are using frontier which is providing less than 2mbs. Our sales rep was awesome. He set up both our phones even though it took hours. Which was not his fault. I highly recommend russel-cell as a distributor for Verizon products, As along as they get their WiFi fixed haha.

Our customer service representative Quinton was great to work with. He explained what was wrong with the phone, and our options. He walked us through a purchase of new phone & setup.

We were able to come on and upgrade one of our cellular devices with little pressure to buy more. The store manager was very helpful.

I have been to this location in the past and did not have a very good experience but now that the staff has changed it was great... walked in and Joe immediately was a great help. I will definitely be back for future purchases!!!
