Knowledgeable staff good service

I needed some things for a hot water heater install. The employees were helpful, polite, and knew what I needed, even when I didnt. They strongly hinted that I should get different clamps than the ones I chose, in my arrogance I didnt listen. 2 hrs later I was back buying the clamps they had hinted at. Outstanding place.

A good ole country hardware store. They have a little of everything. usually have a lot of outdoor furniture as well. Beats driving to Henrietta to a big box store. Friendly staff, plenty of parking, they'll help in anyway they can. Must have been around awhile because the locals use it as a landmark when they are giving directions.

The best neighborhood hardware store you could ask for. Old school service. Knowledgeable staff. They're lumber yard is great too, nicer wood than the box stores.

Great place great selection of products from electrical to plumbing. Customer service is great, usually don't get 10 steps in the door an someone asks if they can help find something for you.

Love going to Crocker's Ace hardware. The staff is always so friendly and willing to help. The place is clean and organized. If you can't find it, the staff will take you to what you need, not just tell you what isle to go to. They're very knowledgeable.

I have bought from Crocker’s for as long as I can remember. It was independently owned back then. Now they are an Ace hardware they are still a great place to find the things you need for any project.

I'm a huge fan of Ace Hardware, but some stand out. Everyone is friendly and will go the extra mile to find what your looking for. They will even recommend where to go if in the rare case they don't have what your looking for.
