Zachary was extremely helpful tonight! I went in unsure of what I wanted. I do not usually play video games. I looked at a couple of games on my own before Zachary finished with another customer and helped me pick out a game that will be perfect for me. He asked questions and gave multiple suggestions. He was also able to help find new controllers for my Nintendo Switch & get our membership updated. Overall, great experience. Here for the Pokémon release scarlet and violet! The manager Ashley is so amazing! She managed to solve a major issue that I had on the day of the release and I was really worried I would not be able to get it! She managed to get everything sorted and I’m a happy customer! Come see them!

Terrible customer service. Went into the store today with my son looking for a PS4 remote. Asked Ashlyn at the front desk if they sold used PS4 remotes and was told no they did not have any, both associates had been talking amongst themselves and were visibly irritated that I asked them a question. I then walked over the to shelf and grabbed a box for a new PS4 remote and went to the counter to pay for it. I was told that was an empty box. Okay...why do you keep empty boxes on the shelf?? I asked if she had remotes and she responded I already told you no. My response to her was, you said you did not have used remotes. She then mumbled some inappropriate
words under her breath and when I asked what she said she back tracked. I have never experienced such terrible customer service ever and it was very disappointing especially having my son with me. My son had been saving up money to make this purchase and was very excited to make the purchase in your store. We shop in this store on a regular basis, but based upon this visit we will not be returning.

They were very helpful in finding the perfect birthday gift for my son. Good bunch of people.

Guys were very friendly even talk to me when they had other customers were very patient with me even though I was just getting into gaming help me find everything I need the store was very organized and they were professional

The young man that helped me here was phenomenal. He gave me suggestions and spent time helpinge find a game I might enjoy. I went in to buy one game, but because of that employee, I walked out with three.

The young woman that was working today was super nice.. My family and I stopped in to get a few controllers we needed since we have worn ours out haha.. R.I.P Controllers..😂☠👻 we were also looking for a older game didn't see it on the sales floor so when we went to check out we ask the young lady about it and luckily enough they had it YAY!!! My boys are happier than school girls 🤣🤣

Kids love this place! Sometimes I think I love it more than them lol. Great selection, trade ins as well as pre owned everything. From PS to Xbox to Wii & Wii-U as well as DS &all the other handhelds. Lots of Merchandise & toys, board games and collectors items. Shirts too!! 😎 Time to level 🆙 🎮💪

I have never visited the United States, but I am sure that GameStop is the best place to buy your video games. You just need to know when the right time is to come in and buy at really cheap prices before your local store gets closed by Corporate. Treat their products as stock; there's a time to wait and a time to buy.
