Absolutely amazing bakery. Available Gluten friendly desserts and drinks for the kids. I was hesitant about ordering the Lavender Coffee, I must say it was the best I’ve ever tasted. The cinnamon rolls were soft, served warm and were very delicious. Everything was soft, moist, and perfectly baked. We have dozens of bakeries here in Omaha & lincoln and not one of them would be able to compete with this spot, A hidden gem most definitely.

A wonderful Saturday adventure! Great tasting treats with innovative flavor combinations. We never leave with just one treat. Kolache, cupcakes, slice of cake, cookies and the regular order of caramel pecan rolls. Gluten free options too. There is room to sit and enjoy with some coffee, but not alot. Music matches the nostalgic feel of the place and the old pickup truck outside. Wonderful people, and a must try for baked treats. Get there early because there will be a line waiting for all the delightful choices.

Really fun little place to stop for a treat if you're in the area (or even if you're not close). Super friendly and knowledgeable staff. Great atmosphere but not a ton of seating/standing space. Overall amazing experience, and we will be definitely coming back!

This is by far the best. most friendly, outgoing, and comfortable atmosphere pastry shop you will find in Southeast Nebraska. Welcome to the 40's when you go in, it's got the feel of yesteryear and everything good that was back then. Words can't explain the quality of the pastries. Go early to get your pick as they sell out fast.

In a word, darling. This place has days-gone-by charm coming out of its pores. Throw in friendly staff dressed in 40s garb and truly delicious pastries, and you’ll see why this is definitely worth your drive.

Get there early as they often sell out if you come in after 10am. Cool vibe and the open only Saturday thing makes it feel like an occasion. Popular with locals and cyclists with the Jamaica trial right there.

Ordered cinnamon roll to dine in and chocolate chip cookies for my family. Cinnamon roll was soft with a hint of orange…. simply delicious. The cookies were a hit and didn’t last long at all.

Paper Moon is a lovely hidden gem in Cortland! We came in late- but the monster cookies and moon bar were WONDERFUL. Lindsey is a delight and her bakery brings joy to everyone who steps foot in the door! Go get some wonderful pastries and treats! You won't be disappointed!

Such a lovely space with great food! I attended the Grand Opening and tried the Chocolate Espresso Cake and Chocolate Raspberry Tort. So good! Can't wait to go back and get a cinnamon roll!

We ordered a cheetah cake and cupcakes for our four year old’s birthday party. The cake and cupcakes exceeded all exceptions, both in the quality of bake and the quality of design! Couldn’t have been better and I can’t recommend Paper Moon Pastries enough!

This bakery is so unique, so charming, and the pastries are absolutely incredible. The menu changes each week, w/ some delicious staples always bring served. 10/10 recommend making the drive to Cortland, NE on Saturdays!

I cried when I tasted my first pastry from Paper Moon. I have a gluten allergy and I am telling you...I have travelled far and wide to find the best gluten free treats. This place hits the mark! I am grateful to visit as often as I can and it is always worth the teeny tiny road trip from Lincoln.

I made an early trip from Lincoln this morning and was their first customer. When I walked in everyone was happily chatting as they worked. They were kind, warm and welcoming. I picked up several pastries to take back to my family for breakfast and they were DELICIOUS!. If you haven't been to this AMAZING small town gem I suggest you stop by. If you like sweet treats then you are going to love this place.
