I had a great experience with this store. The staff was very knowledgeable about the items. Even though the prices are high, I know they can't control that. But I believe she was the manager Aretha was awesome very helpful to my mom with and old issue. She handle it talked to us without attitude and made sure we had everything we needed for my daughter to attend school. Aretha was great!!

Dennis is always a great shopping experience. The staff is friendly and knowledgeable and this particular trip very encouraging to my soon to be kindergarten who was getting uniforms for the first time. They made him feel special and it made his day. The employee who helped me while checking out also kept me from making two purchase errors on what we needed for uniforms and for that I was very appreciative.

On what could be a painful trip taking two kids to get uniforms and having to try on everything was actually a very pleasant experience. Everyone was so nice and helpful. I’d even go as far as the kids and I had fun while trying the uniforms on. We are definitely happy customers.

Shipped there today for my daughter’s uniform needs. We were offered assistance in a timely manner. The employees were knowledgeable and attentive. We were in and out quickly. Enjoyed the benefit of shopping on the tax-free weekend!

I made an appointment online, but due to other commitments, was running extremely late. I was told to come whenever I could and call before coming in to make sure it wasn’t too crowded. Thankfully I was the only customer in the store when I arrived! Everything I needed was in stock and Aretha was so helpful and pleasant to talk to! I look forward to my next visit!

Customer service was absolutely amazing! I was greeted by Emma, Devon Grace, & Jordin. Emma was available to help and got everything we needed. She stamped the shirts and helped my son pick out his tie. Great team at the Birmingham store!

I've got to say, in spite of having to wait two weeks to get an appointment for in person shopping, they were so helpful and friendly. I really enjoyed the time I spent there, and so did my daughter. The prices are - as expected - extremely expensive, but the quality was excellent and I'm very pleased with the experience. I recommend this place highly.

The ladies were nice and very alert with 2 active kids. Understood what I was looking for and in the kids size. Also was alert on being safety of taking temperatures, hand sanitize, and wearing mask. Very patient with 2 little divas acting like models. Thanks ladies for everything.

So helpful finding sizes and advising on ordering. Inventories were pretty depleted with the start of school but she helped me get what I needed!!! Love that the store is back open!

The shopping experience in store was excellent. Areatha found us correct sizes in the back and got the school insignia on everything in 5 minutes. Great customer service.
