The circle K on Riverside has great chocolate chip cookies but cannot seem to have diet pop in stock at their fountain pop sold out every weekend almost all diet pop

Every time I go in there it's always one line open. Multiple employees but one line. The heavyset manager with glasses does NOTHING but play with food all day. No matter how long the line she will not help but is actively listening/looking over her shoulders to see if the cashier is doing her job. It's good to know playing with food is more important than your customers time

Be aware of this location. Someone from it called my mother in law from those circle k saying they were from com Ed, and tried to get her credit card info from a bill that was late. So someone was at this property long enough to have a hour phone call with her, and to wait before I told her not to go.

She called com Ed and it turned out to be someone who tried to scam or rob her.

Online, it says it's open 24/7, then why was I told there close at 11:41 pm on February 4 2024 by every Rude employee,

If I could rate lower i would. I have had the worst customer service experience of my life at a circle k store in loves park on 6/18/18 at 11 PM. It was a terrible thunderstorm my husband worked 13 hours and I just got off an 11 hour shift. We went to pick up a boot dryer from my parents because his feet were drenched from the thunderstorm. Well me and my husband went to fill up our tank, grab some snacks, and also get some cigarettes. After we spent around four minutes in the store my husband was declined from purchasing anything for no shoes. I would've assumed a decent person would ask as soon as he went in but this man wanted the satisfaction and power of saying no. So I grabbed my things with a tee shirt pants and sandals on i was turned away from business also with normal clothing on. Then the jerk proceeded to tell my husband "if he had common sense he would know better" I cant believe someone with that small amount of power would say such things instead of politely asking him to leave when he walked in. Two it is discrimination to decline me a normally clothed customer who didnt do anything decline service. I will be taking further action and will not be coming back until action is taken upon said employee. He was so rude and belittled us I have met CEOs and Doctors with more humility than that man. I understand declining my husband but I think it was disgusting and sad how happy the man looked out if saying no to me? I'm pretty sure its illegal to decline someone with proper attire on. So I will be going to corporate.

Clerk was obviously under the influence wandering around the store, not at the register. I think he forgot he was working. Also, a dangerous place as it's a hangout for goons.

I'm not one to EVER post internet reviews, but after visiting this establishment I finally felt motivated enough to do so. As someone that works in the industry, I was apalled at the state of this store. As soon as you enter the lot it looks far less than promising. If you are, perchance,still feeling adventurous and do happen to make it through the door, you will immediately be assaulted by a horrifying mix of scents. Possibly an amalgamation of several different bodily fluids and garbage juice? Also, be sure to watch your step in order to avoid the smears of heaven's-knows-what all over the floor, trash, and debris. But most importantly, for love of all that is holy, heed that warning your senses are giving you and avoid the restrooms AT ALL COSTS! Unless it is truly a medical emergency, it is far from worth the discomfort you may currently feel. I cannot comment on the service as I was so repulsed by the place itself, I couldn't possibly justify patronizing this establishment.
