Lots of great salsas, seasonings and flavors! Pretty much got everything you could think of including jellies! Definitely worth the stop they even have a bunch of like pretzels and crackers and stuff so that you can sample a lot of the products that they have!

A must stop every time I visit Galena. Love their wide variety of seasonings, jams, and other canned goods. Highly recommend the hickory apple bbq sauce (I buy several jars every visit). Great place to stock up on everything needed to spice up your meals

The selection is so large that they need two store fronts. Lots of rubs, canned goods, salsa, and marinades. They also have an entire store devoted to hot sauce!! I find new hot sauce to try every time I visit.

Every time we go to Galena, we stock up on Champagne dill mustard and savory cherry salsa.

Huge selection salsas, hot sauces, spices, sauces, dressings etc. Stores on both sides of the street across from one another.

My favorite place to find unique hot sauces, dry rubs and garlic dill pickles (don’t knock it til you try it). It’s easy to walk away with a bag full items, so make sure your car is close! A must visit when in Galena!

Live out in Boston and was craving some homemade hot sauce from my hometown.

The balance of spice and flavor is perfect for my palette. I put it on eggs, salads, chicken, and fish. To be honest I use it for just about everything. Cant recommend Galena Canning and any of their hand-crafted product offerings enough. Keep crushing it guys!

This store is huge and lots of various condiments, seasonings, and flavors. When we visited they had samples out. The samples were really good. The employees were knowledgeable about the products and able to make recommendations. It was worth the stop.

Stopped to get jam jelly or preserves got jam blueberry for myself so delicious and strawberry for my brother and mom which I will take to LA when I got visit also picked up beef jerky so good my husband got venison gator beef ostrich very tasty I did stop at the hot sauce store accross the street but I was overwhelmed so many good options and I really just wanted jam

The roasted garlic barbecue sauce was fantastic!

I’m am sure I’ve written reviews in the past; but this weekend I stopped by and took some recommendations from the Hot shop; as well as pick up some staples from them. They were able to take my daily drivers and give me some solid suggestions.

Great little place to pick up sauces, preserves, seasonings etc. They’ve got tons of options! There are two stores, on opposite sides of the Main Street. Make sure you visit both!

Met these jokers at a gun show in Iowa. I kept putting their bbq balls in my mouth. My oh my were they satisfying. I took the fire in the hole salsa home; I highly recommend it. It’s got really good flavor and it’s toasty on the tongue. I plan on adding it to some venison chilly later in the week! It was great watching football with you guys! See you soon! I’ll have to put some of my meat in your mouth this time!

We have never bought anything we disnt LOVE from here from the super hot sauces to mustards and jams and nuts. The staff are very friendly and go above and beyond!

Risque at times, but best hot sauce store I've been in. Very organized and extremely well-stocked. I've never seen so many sample stations in my life, especially not in a hot sauce store. The preserves/dips/sauces/snacks store across the street is also worth a visit.

I have been there several times. Always greeted at the door with someone saying thank you for visiting. Wide variety of hot sauce, jellies, jams, canned food i could go on and on. This place is a must visit for anyone who comes to Galena! Not only to buy the unique things they sell but unlike some places they will let you try it before you buy it! Always lots of samples! The best hot sauce collection anywhere that I have been! Definitely a must go! I'll be back!

A fun store with fun sauces. It's always fun to drop in and try out a few sauces here. We enjoy many of them. We almost always end up buying something that we try. Definitely a fun place to go try out a new flavor. Be sure to stop by both locations (across the street from each other) if you like spicy sauces.
