Great service and excellent people! Brent and Izzy were the best to work with. Quite a time having to order parts (propane tank) and then Mother Nature decided to have a bit of fun with getting the service scheduled. All worked out favorably and the communication as to what what happening and scheduling went well.

We visited Great American RV store near Tanner AL on Saturday Feb 2, 2024 and were shown several RVs. The Airstream inventory was impressive and the personnel at this site were very hospitable. The staff was low pressure and expressed concern that they met our needs.
During our visit, we were given a tour of the inventory by Dan Sartin, RV Outfitter. He was very knowledgeable, an experienced RVer, and friendly. We plan to return.

OMG, these guys were awesome Gary Scott and Brandon are the best! Not only did they help me with the part I needed, even though the parts department was closed but they helped me install it on my rig! Definitely five stars ⭐ ⭐ ⭐ ⭐ ⭐

So, it's been 4 weeks since getting my new RV. We ordered a long time ago and when it came in we were very happy with the business and the way they handled the sales. Maria was our sales representative and was on any issues we wanted to discuss, we became friends, as she was an expert in the process for sales and operation. The best part of her product presentation was that she never asked us when we were ready to purchase; she let us determine what or even if we wanted to purchase from them. After our first visit, my wife felt that this salesperson was the one we wanted to work with.
