TK's Country Pools & Custom Decks

Built a custom deck for our pool. The construction quality was above expectations and very reasonably priced. Anytime there was any delays the owner was very good at communicating the delay with us.I would highly recommend TK's Country Pools.

Great people always friendly. We financed our pool and the quote was wrong so when we went in to pay for the pool we had to come out of pocket and extra $700 because the finance company went off of their quote so that was not expected and a disappointment. I understand that things happen but it just is not the best when you are on this side of it and have the unexpected expense. I would how ever recommend them to friends and had a favorable experience other than this one issue. I did ask Lightstream to add the money on to the loan but they had already funded :( . I really appreciate your response! I couldn't find how to reply back so I had to just add on to my review :) .

We live in Ohio and I searched the internet to find lights for our existing Trevi pool. I found TK during that search. Shannon responded very quickly to all my questions via email and she was able to help me get the lights that we needed to fit our exact model. She shipped them out the same day I paid for them and we received them within a few days. We had a small issue and again, she quickly responded to me and fixed that for us. I would definitely use this company again. Thank you for all your help. We love the lights 😊

I have not seen this level of care in such a long time! We are extremely grateful to have found TK's! These guys are superior! They truly care that you get a quality pool! In the times we live in, you do not find a company that stands by their work, word and product. TK's DOES! They are amazing and we could not be happier!!! We will ONLY do business with them and I will sing their names on the top of the mountains in praise! lol If you want a quality pool, friendly and a hard working company that CARES- you better go with TK's! You WILL NOT be disappointed!! We can not thank y'all enough for everything!!!

This place is awesome, friendly, and had everything I needed. It provides discounts to service men/women of military, fire, police, and teachers. Thanks so much to them, I was able to get what a needed locally.

This a great place to get one on one consultation for your pool or spa. The lady that help me answer all my questions and I left know exactly what I needed to do to my spa. Their prices are better than fair. No need to shop around for a better place, it’s here!

I have had the best customer service for my pool from TK's Pools. They were very helpful in providing the information I needed for me to keep my pool nice and clean.
