AT&T Store

Once again, Chris W. provided me with excellent service. My husband and I have worked exclusively with Chris, by appointment, since 2012, at two AT&T locations, and he has gotten to know our tech needs and preferences as well as lifestyle pretty well. My husband passed away last year, and when I needed a new phone and a lot of advice about updated technology, I sought Chris out at a new store location. He made sure that I got everything I needed, a tutorial on the upgrades, and all at the price point with which I was comfortable. Thank you Chris and AT&T!

So grateful for the help I got today from Zack and Adriane at this store 🙏 This week has very much been a week of everything going wrong… but I had such a great experience here. They helped me to troubleshoot problems with my account and set up my new phone—all the way down to installing my screen protector for me. Sending so many hearts and stars to this friendly and patient staff ❤⭐

Adriane M was the ABSOLUTE BEST customer service representative I have ever had the pleasure of being assisted by. I am so grateful that she was there to help me that day. I was having a terrible day and everything that could go wrong, had. She saved my day and was super pleasant. She was thorough, reassuring, professional, and just a genuinely kind person. Go to this location and ask for her!

Rosie was amazing!! I can’t thank her enough for continuously helping me find answers to my problem! She got my issue fixed and the whole store was helpful and nice as well! Thank you Rosie for everything!

Cameron, an associate at the Razor Ranch AT&T in Denton, Tx, assisted my husband and myself. Cameron was very helpful, answering our questions and helping fix our phone issues. We continue to use AT&T because the local associates are always help us with our phone issues.

If you want help as well as understanding the help you need, then the store to visit is the one at Razor Ranch. Ask for Austin... he is the best. He was determined to work the problem out and get the answers I needed.

The ATT store on University Dr. in Denton customer service young man fixed my phone. I had been to all 3 stores in Denton with no luck. Came back to this store and this young man worked with much patience until he got it fixed. So pleasant. Believe me, he made my day!

Excellent customer service by Tanner. He’s patient, knowledgeable and actually cares. Helped us with not only setting up a new line and a phone trade off but solving subsequent issues with the plan.

First of all I feel great to write a review about these guys. Everyone here are with patience. They do solve our any network issue or any problem. If they want some time then they will surely let us know before only. I have nearly 8 months of AT&T experience with these guys. I really appreciate AT&T store and guyz for their loving service. Cody was extremely helpful & professional. He helped me transfer phone services from metro to AT&T and was able to save me money by helping me apply promotions available, he also transferred my stuff from my old to new phone. I highly recommend this location! I didn't have to wait long and they were so accommodating when it came to getting me in & out. Chris also helped out with the process to make it quicker since I had so many phones to activate. Thanks guys

At&t needs this kind of persons, I was hugely respected by him, his way of clear explanation made my work easy. Hatsoff to his service. He needs a promotion so that other staff can learn from him.

Walked in for an upgrade and was helped by a clear expert and veteran Dwayne. He set me up with a new Firstnet account, tablet and watch with an amazing deal. Dude needs a raise!

Austin was so helpful! I came in frustrated my phone had been broken. He immediately came to my attention and was very kind and helpful throughout the entire process and changed my bad mood for the better. Easy process and left within an hour with a phone with all of my previous information on it like nothing had happened.
