Goodwill Store

I've found clothing that appeals to me at every Goodwill I've been to, regardless of what state it was. This facility looked very clean and organized, for the most part.
I do recommend that you always check your clothing for stains and rips, as that is natural to happen to clothing eventually. I found several shirts today that I am happily taking home.

Aearn is a great example of customer service! I don’t know him but thankfully his name was listed on the receipt!! Today is my birthday and I went in to goodwill because I enjoy thrifting! I saw a friend when I walked in and unbeknownst to me, Aearn was standing earshot and heard about my birthday today. When I went to check out, randomly he was my cashier. He wished me a happy birthday and I was very thrown off at how he would know that (lol!) but he explained he had heard us talking. He was very polite and it was a nice, quick check out experience. Usually people in retail don’t really seem to care about you or your day.. so I thought it was very nice that he did! Sometimes it’s little things that can make someone’s day. You never know if your small word might make someone’s whole world! Everyone in this store is usually so nice and I just wanted to give a kind word back! Thank you!

Everything is very organized and the employees are friendly. A great place to find cheap kids clothes or costumes!

I donated some stuffed animals a few days ago, and I couldn't praise their staff enough! Their employee, Ben, made the process go so smoothly with his kind demeaner and warm smile! Thanks Ben!

Seriously one of the cleanest and most organized Goodwills I’ve ever visited. I have never seen a Goodwill have visibly marked clothing sizes AND majorly size organized instead of just color organized. Books were compiled into author piles. So much good furniture- we would have bought some if we had a trailer with us. Prices are a little higher than where I’m from (Central Arkansas), but they are well worth it for the ease of shopping and kind employees!

Very convenient place to donate too while working in the Millington & Tipton county area. This location make donating easy. Pull up and the workers will unload all the items out of the vehicle.

The customer service is very friendly and helpful and professional. The store is well organized and product is accessible. I keep going back too! Plenty of convenient parking.

The retail store is great! Associates are attentive and friendly. The store is clean and well arranged.
The Bargain Barn has too many dealers that hang out and hover over all the bins, as they are brought out, intimidating even the most seasoned shopper. Allowing people to sit in furniture waiting for the next bins only encourages this behavior. Management should address this.

This Goodwill location always appears clean and in order. At other such places, as in Salvation Army, the stores have no organization and it appears “dingy”. At this Goodwill in Millington, all of their items are organized, so it’s much easier to shop, find the items I’m interested in and then check out. Also, the employees are always helpful and courteous. Needless to say, their prices are especially appreciated at this time when many, as myself, are out of work. Even my son has to shop here each time he’s in town, and he’s pretty particular. I’m headed there tomorrow to find something suitable to apply for a job! Thanks, Goodwill!

Clean and organized very friendly

Have to say that for a Goodwill store it had quite a few up to date home decorative items at a good price.
Also it was the cleanest, most well organized thrift store and the staff kept busy keeping it that way the whole time we were there.

Service was excellent and friendly. Food was spot on but the 6 pack party package was just right.

Staff is very friendly, greeting you when you come in and acknowledging you when you leave. They have a good selection of women's clothing and dressing rooms to try on clothes.

I love this place because I find name brand labels such as Chico's, Le Suit, Catos. Sometimes other brands barely worn. It's organized. You have to go frequently

This place is awesome and very reasonable if you are looking for a good bargain in name brand clothing and accessories for the whole family , they even have home furnishings and bedding that is very reasonable !!!
