Best Experience Ever!!
After having a sour experience at a different retailer, I called the Electronic Express today looking for a last minute Christmas gift. They were responsive and helpful over the phone. When I got to the store, another associate was there waiting to help me with my purchase and was informed about what I was looking for. When I went to check out, the manager came up to make sure I was well taken care of. Overall, it was an excellent experience and superb customer service. I’m now going to make them my first choice for my electronics needs! Thank you!!

I had a good experience with Shaun. He was very helpful. I am however, hoping the delivery people got my message to deliver the adjustable bed frame to my dad's address and not my personal address.

Fantastic staff! These guys were super nice and very helpful. It was my first time in to EE but I will make the drive from Huntsville many more times.

Shaun is the reason I keep coming back to this place. He knows every product extensively. I have bought multiple tvs, outdoor refrigerators, a microwave, and the latest was a kitchen refrigerator. I had a couple of issues but Shaun took care of all of them in like 20 minutes. He is why electronics express is my go to.

Nick was a super intelligent with the new TV we bought. He helped us for a good while and answered tons of questions. Zion Shreve, the store manager, was also there to help us with the purchase.
I came back for a Thermador gas cooktop a few days later. The salesman, Sean, was very helpful and Zion was there for backup again as well. These guys know their stuff and I will not hesitate to buy All of my appliances here. Thanks so much for making these two experiences happen flawlessly.

We bought a complete sound system at this store. The two people we dealt with were excellent. Chad helped us select just the right TV and sound components. He was patient with a couple of 84-year-olds who needed a lot of help and guidance. Nick was there for us when Chad was off. We've enjoyed our purchase for several weeks now, and are most pleased. Bought a Samsung TV and Samsung sound bar at the Decatur, Alabama store. Your sales associate Sean Darnell was outstanding. He was courteous, patient, professional, knowledgeable, and helpful in picking out the best TV for our needs. Best of all this was a “no pressure sale.” Sean is an employee worth keeping, promoting, and worthy of a raise.
I returned to the Store the next day to add the sound bar to my purchase before delivery of TV . Nick knew exactly which one was best for my TV. He added the Bar to the TV sale for me to take care of a “Bundle” discount. Nick is a special employee. Please reward him for making my visit “Painless.”
Delivery crew, Christian? and Justin?Were awesome. Professional, courteous, friendly, and very knowledgeable. Set up my system in minutes and made sure everything was integrated and best of
all , that we were “Happy and Satisfied “ before they left. I vote for “giving the two guys a raise.

Recieved excellent support and service from Marcus at the Decatur Store. He actually listened to my needs and wants to come up with a solution so I could make the best purchase for me. When I wanted to give a Atta Boy to his lame manager he told me to post a review here.... and there squats the toad

Sean at the Decatur store was very helpful and knowledgeable. Ray and the crew that delivered my washer/dryer tower were so nice and very careful not to scratch anything. All of these guys did an excellent job and certainly deserve 5 stars. I would highly recommend the Decatur store.

This place is amazing!!! We had a wonderful experience shopping and purchasing our refrigerator. It was delivered fast and installed. Shawn was very knowledgeable and so polite and willing to help us in anyway possible. He went above and beyond to meet our needs!! We will always shop here for our appliances. I highly recommend them!

We had Marcus help us out with a new tv and sound bar! He was amazing always answered all our questions and was a big help! Definitely ask for him when you go in

The appliance manager was great. Haven’t met him in person but he gave me free delivery including installment over the phone when I called asking about dryers I had seen online... came in on a Monday to take a look at the dryers, found one and had it delivered Thursday of that same week. The girl who took care of us was great too. I had my two toddlers with me at the store and she never seemed to be irritated. She was completely playful with them and even after we finished purchasing the dryer, She would continue to play with them as we looked around the store(:
Delivery day came and even though ETA was completely off, it was worth the wait. Even after calling about 3 -4 times to make sure the dryer would still be delivered that day on Thursday, Noah and Andrew never made me feel like I was bugging them, which I probably was lol they reassured me my dryer would be delivered that day. Our delivery/installment guy, Benjamin Palmer, was awesome. He introduced himself, explained what he would be doing , and got to work. He was in an out in about 15-10 minutes! I’m definitely coming back for more purchases (:

This was by far the best experience I have had while looking to make a big purchase. My wife and I were looking to buy a new fridge and possibly a washer and dryer. We went in and Sean greeted us and showed us the appliances they had and told us all about them. He was very helpful and normally my wife and I aren’t a big fan of being helped in a store we just want to browse on our own but we were so thankful Sean was there because he knew everything there was to know about the different appliances and he was able to help us choose what was best for us without trying to pressure us into purchasing anything. If you ever go be sure to request him and you’ll have the best sales experience you’ve ever had.

Great service. Salesmen was very knowledgeable and the manager that rang me out seemed to be a good Christian man, which I greatly admire. A quality for fantastic leadership. Don't let the ads on YouTube be an example of what this store is. It's actually a nice place to shop. Love my new TV. Will shop here again.

Visited Electronic express today after running all over town looking for a simple cell phone at a low price to activate for my husband. with no progress at all and more aggravation because of the lack of customer service skills and knowledge of phones and services, I decided to go to electronic express where I was greeted immediately after entering the store and let the associate Sam George know exactly what I was looking for and the price range and this gentlemen not only directed me to the phones in which he provided a variety with full clear explanation of the products and services needed, and he did this by listening to my request and having patience. I was very pleased and satisfied and purchased the phone desired with ease. I will definitely frequent Electronic express for my electronic needs in the near future because of the great customer service I received today. Thank you young man
