This was my 1st time visiting the store and Houda was so helpful. She gave me great advice on the hair and what hair would be best for my hairstyle. She walked me around the store and made sure I got everything I needed. Thank you Houda

Irma & Paris were friendly, courteous and Patient with all my Questions and Helped me get what I needed! This is a super clean and organized place of business would definitely return back to this location whenever I am visiting to buy products.

It was great Irma went out of her way and took her time helping me because my hair was in between black and dark brown. She finally found the one that fits my color . She also had a great attitude and she’s very nice also Bree the cashier was awesome as well ask me if I was able to find everything I needed. Thank you ladies I will b coming back .

Tarik is the security at the door, I needed assistance finding something he went over and beyond to help me. This is already the only hair store where i shop. welcoming customer service environment.Today i just received extremely exceptional customer service. Once again this gentleman went out of his way to make sure that as a customer I left there very happy.. I wish the world had more customer service like this.

This was my first time inside the Miramar Store. They didn't have the color I was looking for on display. However, Lavelle went to the back and located for me. They were also having a logo on the human hair which was 53.00 a pack. So I had a very pleasant and budget friendly experience. Thanks Elegant Beauty.

I love coming to this story. Not only do they always have want I need, they’re a big store & they’re always adding new stuff!& not to mention staff Is really nice & friendly. As well as security In the front who have beautiful blue eyes.🤗me & my mom always love shopping here.

Went to Elegant Beauty salon on Miramar parkway this morning to look for a nice hair, Mayra and Rina were so helpful on finding the right hair and very 😄😄. They answered all my questions and gave me instructions on how to take care of the hair. KEEP UP THE GOOD WORK GUYS

First time there~ beautiful store, clean, variety of styles and products. Paris checked me out, answering all my last minute questions regarding hair products. She was very professional, kind, and understanding :) Hair Salon is in the back of the store :) wonderful

I was assisted by one of the workers a young lady name Paris. She was very helpful. She helped me find all the things I needed. She knew everything very well knew where everything was at, and she was very sweet and kind to me and I will be back.

Love this beauty supply so much! I live in Hollywood east of i95 and drive all the way over here because they have everything I need! Auri is one of the women there that helped me out today and she was super sweet. I definitely recommend coming to this supply! They are truly very kind and worth the extra miles!

6/13/2024 I encountered Houda, whom was very friendly as well as knowledgeable. She went above and beyond to gratify my needs. I will be visiting more frequently, I was very impressed with the store’s variety in products offered and the associates. I loved my hair extensions.
