This Best Buy location is our go-to store for buying appliances, computers, and TVs. They have a wide selection of everything, which we appreciate since it is a long drive here from home.

This particular visit was a couple of months ago, when we were looking for a new TV for my apartment. I wanted the Sony Bravia 55" and they had it on sale and in stock. They also deliver. This was a win-win for me.

I also use their Geek Squad to fix my desk computer if need be. They are very helpful and quick in diagnosing and repairing.

Easy parking in the parking lot in front of the store. The staff has always been nice and attentive.

Best Buy has become my go-to store for all things tech. Their range of products is impressive, from the latest smartphones to home appliances and gaming consoles. On my last visit, l purchased a new laptop and was thoroughly impressed with the customer service. The staff was knowledgeable and took the time to explain the different features and options without being pushy. The checkout process was smooth, and they even helped me set up some initial settings on my new device. The store was clean and well-organized, making it easy to find what l needed. I highly recommend Best Buy for its excellent service and product variety.

I must say- these folks at Best Buy Aventura were amazing. Not just one employee, but like each and every one I interacted with! They were patient, knowledgeable, friendly and kind. I can’t say I remember each person’s name but I have been there three times in the last month and I was never disappointed. I purchased a Thermador dishwasher, washer & dryer, a Breville oven one day then a few weeks later I bought a vacuum cleaner, a Dyson fan and an IPad. The people there were all so helpful. I had a price adjustment done and it was a doozy! The salesperson was so patient with me and went through a long process so I could save some money. I will for sure be coming back here for my future needs! I wish they sold Gizmo watches because I might get one for my 8 year old daughter.
I was very pleased with the employees. In South Florida it can be difficult to find good customer service. At Best Buy Aventura I found the people there to be exceptional!!!

Went to buy house phones. Nice selection.
Sales person very nice, professional and informative. Lots of phones on sale. Prices are reasonable. Visiting Best Buy is always a pleasant experience. Location does not make a difference. I was treated the same in any Best Buy I went shopping. Nice. With care. Like I mattered. Which is the way it should be.

I’ll be honest I am not a fan of Best Buy. I worked retail management in Electronics and usually leave this location disappointed. However Aventura Best Buy is very lucky to have Edwin in the TV department. While half the employees were cursing and talking out loud amongst each other - he was actually working and very helpful and professional the entire transaction and helped us with an 85” Sony with some upgrades. You guys are lucky to have a young man so bright. He should be promoted.

I wanted to buy a new notebook computer. After researching for 30 minutes the different stores that popped up Best Buy had the best deal. I ordered it online and picked it up an hour later. It was fast easy people were friendly and good service

I just Love Best buy, definetly best warranty available. I purchased a PC over a year ago. It started giving me problems. It got replaced no questions asked. amazing!

This Best Buy is the place to go if you need electronics and you are at the Aventura mall, just a mile away from there. Better stock than the Miami Beach Best Buy, except for Apple stuff, go to the Aventura mall Apple Store for Apple items instead.

I ordered a 50" television online, and it arrived on time via UPS. The box was torn, and taped up. When I opened it, the screen was cracked. I immediately talked with a rep, who was very empathetic, and he checked the store nearest to me, and said I could exchange it there, or have another shipped. I went to the store, and they could not have been more helpful. Julian took care of me, and turned a 1 experience into a 10.

I like that they are so well coordinated in response of covid. They offer curbside pickup and there is a line at the door people, can't just come in as they want. They have store clerk greeting you at the door directing you at a specific spot depending on your need. I went on a Wednesday afternoon one hour before closing and I was in and out in a jiffy

But overall very thankful to Best Buy Aventura . I had several times misunderstandings with orders . Sometimes my fault, sometimes their, sometimes both) but in any case they try to do the fest to smooth situation
It always makes me to come back to Best Buy to buy more with them

Incase greeted at the door by an associate. The associate who assisted me was very knowledgeable and therefore crafted me in making my purchase .
