It was not so busy this evening when I went in. It was about 6:50PM-7:05 PM. The employees are always helpful and generous, This store has done well in the Employee department..

I just got to say what an awesome experience I had with the Deli Department. The Deli Manager T. And her crew did a fantastic job dealing with my Bulk Food order for an event I am having from start to finish. Such a relief in finding the right company to trust with such an order to help us host this event. For all business owners and events planner, FRYS Deli Department on 91st Ave in union Hills is highly recommended for any catering event. Thanks guys you Rock!!

Lots of parking and gas station has low prices. Baggers are efficient and courteous.

The customer service was amazing and the friendly smiles were very welcoming. Our cashier was very kind and curious. We appreciate it and thank you!A special thanks to James for making sure that our groceries were packaged perfectly.

This is a busy store during the week & weekends! If you want to avoid the busy times go after dinner! Easy to find a parking space & do your shopping inside. A stress free experience!

Frys has an awesome pharmacy. The employees are always friendly and give great service. They are always willing to go the extra mile and they are very professional.

We love this location! Andrew at the meat counter was just about the most pleasant person you could ever talk to. He has a great personality and customer driven presence. His assistant manager was fantastic and personable. George, the pharmacist, was incredibly helpful. He spent time with meexplaining my medication interactions. He spent extra time with me giving helpful tips about my symptoms.

Went into Frys to purchase two six foot party subs for my Daughters baby shower. The Deli Manager had just clocked out to go home and was doing some personal shopping when one of her counter help employees called her to come assist because I wanted to pre-pay for the subs since someone else was having to pick them up. "T" (Manager) was extremely helpful and assured me that the subs would be of great quality. The day of my Daughters Baby shower, the subs were picked up which they were cut into 2foot sections and placed into nice sturdy boxes =6 boxes. These subs were the best subs that I have ever had, the bread was fresh and they were loaded with premium meats and cheese. I can't begin to thank "T" enough for making sure that we got the best! "T" is amazing at what she does...

Good selection, good prices, and fairly clean store.

I have three major grocery stores near me and definitely choose to go to Fry's over my other options. If you plan ahead, you can save quite a bit. The coupons can be added to your Fry's card, digitally so you don't need a bunch of paper to bring along and scan in.

I've never had a negative experience with any employees and always have a nice quick trip to the store when I go here.

This shop doesn't have clothes and furniture like the signature stores, but they have a great selection for produce, meat, dairy,etc...

This is my go-to store for all grocery items. It's obviously a chain, so you get the corporate Kroger prices and merchandise, but the employees are always friendly. They have a little fruit stand for kids to take a piece of fruit home for free. The bakery makes good Birthday cakes, and everything I've purchased from them has been good (cookies, pies, etc.). Fuel points are convenient, especially when you buy gift cards and get prescriptions. The checkout lines never seem too long, and self checkout lanes are available. The customer service desk can get backed up sometimes if you need a lottery ticket, but otherwise this is a nice, clean store.

This store is always stocked and clean. I asked an employee in the meat department if they had a certain item. He not only helped me look but when it was found they did not have the item, he said he would order and stock it since I live nearby.
That's customer service.

I am so happy that I live by a friendly, clean Fry's Food & Drug store. Everytime I go here, I am always greeted friendly, and can find what I need and/or want quickly. The floors and shelves were neat and clean, and anytime I had a question, someone would always help me.

Same as most Fry’s. Little better then some. Management could be nicer and not treat their employees so horrible. Good selection of products

My visit to your store was very nice.it was well stocked, as a former meat manager for Ralph's grocery store in California, think that your meat department could have been a little more stocked with a little more variety of thicker steaks given that it is father's day. Very nice visit. Overall.

Always clean & friendly cashiers here. Able to get in & out quickly & even if there's a line still get out quickly. They close at 10pm instead of 11pm .

We always have a good experience when shopping at Fry's as they have what we need. Their staff is well trained and always helpful. Fry's drug department works very well with our doctors offices to keep us supplied as required. Thank you for being there for us.

The staff is always very friendly and eager to help! It's probably one of the cleanest Fry's I've ever seen , they are all clean but this is one of the cleanest. I'm very short and the staff there is always ready to help me reach things on the top shelf.

I was in a bind and I needed a deli plate quick, Betty was so helpful and kind and really made me feel like a valued customer. A lot of the employees are our top-notch definitely a great place to shop.

My guy Chris is the most amazing employee they have there. Hes Been with the company for a long time. He needs a raise or his own store for sure. He is always helpful kind and knowledgeable.
