Party City

I went in to pre-order balloons for my mother's 82nd birthday. They have a great selection of foil balloons in different shapes and colors. When I went to pick up the balloons they were ready. What I really liked is they put them into a huge bag for me keeping them together. Great prices and fantastic customer service.

Large selection of costumes. Some 40% off sales were going on even though the costumes were in season. They have costumes for dogs as well. If you want to be creative, they have a whole assortment of body wear, wigs, all types of masks

I love party city now as I did as a child. This is a pretty standard store in sizes and products that they normally carry. The isles seemed clean and stocked and my checkout person was nice and friendly. I have no complaints about my experience!

Went there for balloons for my sons birthday. Had a massive variety. There online picture do not do it justice. The one whe bought was a 5 pack of minecraft balloons and the size of the the biggest one was double what we thought it was going to be. Very happy with the purchase.

In the past my experiences with this merchant weren't very pleasant. However I have been coming in more frequently and I have to say in the last 10 months everything has changed for the better. Better customer service.. Everyone is so nice and pleasant to deal with. Always so helpful and willing to assist you, answer questions. Definitely stop by for your party needs!!! And they always get my balloon order right ✅ 😁

I bought a giant balloon on the internet and Party City had the helium and was able to fill it for me. Helium is more expensive than gasoline, but that's not their fault. Staff was very helpful and polite even while store was busy.

By far THE BEST PARTY store in all of Reno!! This place has everything!

Ordered a BUNCH of balloons for a wedding in Reno, NV and Party City was WONDERFUL! Everything was perfect and the delivery was right on time. I would HIGHLY recommend using Party City!!!

This was the mecca for Halloween costumes. But not this year. Short inventories caused shelves to empty fast and if you didn't have money till the last minute. You had to make a costume for yourself. That's hard, the demand is high because of the newest people who moved in during the pandemic and just ventured out. Hopefully Party City will take note for next year! Haven't you been frustrated by the traffic? I know I have. Christmas will be a challenge. Good Luck!

My favorite party city/universe in town usually has all in stock and round Halloween folks don't complain about mess they do there best kids need to be watched better by parents.

I needed specific food dyes for Christmas food gifts. When I walked in the door the lady behind the counter asked if she could help, I explained what I needed and she directed me right to it. Great service and very friendly. The selection of items in this store is great for just about any occasion!

I love shopping for my daughters here! So much fun stuff for kids! Love this store!

I had to leave a review because their customer service was outstanding. I had asked my children what they wanted to be for Halloween. Mind you I live in Lemooren, Ca and my kids do not live with me. At the last minute as all kids do they finally decided what they wanted to be. I had to place the order online for their mother to pick up. Most of the order went through without a hitch. But the my sons costume and accessory had been sold put and it was a computer error. I didnt have much time due to work. But the Manager Sal was a huge help and guided me through the items they had in my sons size. Without his help I'm sure a kids Halloween wouldve been ruined. Thanks againSal.
