AT&T Store

Paul was the only representative that was working at the time of our visit at the AT&T in Cambridge OH. He was using every second helping everyone as much as he could. He was very polite and stayed focused to each customers needs as he moved around to assist everyone. If he was waiting on something to finish downloading on a customers device he would assist someone else.
I have been with AT&T for many years. I will say Paul is the first AT&T employee that I have encountered that assisted multiple customers to make sure everyone was helped before leaving.
Paul deserves to be appreciated and commended for his excellent work.

My phone had broken and I thought it was gonna take forever. Well I was there maybe a half an hour. So my experience was awesome. I would recommend anyone to go there. Got what I needed with no problems. Thank you for being awesome!!

I had the best customer service I have ever received from any company from PJ! Not only did he get my service started and number ported from Straight Talk, which by the way was a nightmare and took two days, he offered to come in before his shift started to finish the process! He was patient, kind and understanding of my situation while explaining the details of the process along the way….. which again was a nightmare with Straight Talk. Thank you again PJ!!!!!☺

My att rep's name was Chris, the most knowledgeable and friendly guy I have ever had the pleasure of working with in regards to getting a new phone. Great guy, att give him a raise. He deserves it. He is a great asset to your company.

They got me in fast and got me out fast. I love my new phone and I was glade they had a case and screen protector in stock.

The employees of this store was amazing. Our personal experience the manager found the problem with the bill, got us a better rate, and we can get rid of a couple extra bills monthly. Got new phones and all.

The workers here are all knowledgeable and are very good at what they do I am definitely going back for anything that I need.

Mark Cyrus is the Go To at this AT&T Location ! Very knowledgeable , informative and best of all he is trustworthy ! Mark keeps his clients needs in top priority . Make sure to ask for him , you won't be disappointed my friends !!

The service was every bit as good as the reviews indicated. The staff was knowledgeable and efficient. I have had problems at some stores with staff that were not that familiar with Samsung. Not so here!
