Levi has helped me twice with a new phone now. I wouldn't want anyone else to take care of me. He's about my sons age and is very respectful. He's so knowledgeable about the phones and services. I don't like that I have to go there but it's so worth it. I love all the people at Verizon store Cambridge ohio.

This store is amazing! Ryne and Jordan are my go to employees anytime I need something with my phone. They always go above and beyond to help and are always so friendly and caring. The new store looks great as well!!!

My wife and I decided to get new phomes. We weren't for sure exactly what phone we were going to get originally so our service rep allowed us to try a couple. Once we were done deciding, our service rep Sonni was more than glad to help us finish the process and get us up and running. Would shop there again. Check them out.

Huge shoutout to Sam at Victra for her help in getting my new phone set up when your company (Verizon) expects everyone to do their own. Nice to know a local business will help out customers when Verizon doesn't feel the need. She was extremely helpful in making everything right. Kudos to you Sam. Much appreciated.

I was having problems with my new Apple Watch needing to be charged two to four times a day! I went to the Cambridge Verizon Store and a very nice man, Ryne, helped me out a lot! He was very knowledgeable, polite and professional. He showed me what I can do to help my battery last longer and showed me how the features work. I am certain that I will enjoy my watch even more now! Thank you Ryne!

I came in not really knowing why my phone was acting up and Melissa there was absolutely fantastic. She was friendly and she got me set up with a new phone. With my oldpold constantly restarting it was a little rough with transferring data to the new one but she was patient and very helpful even as we moved towards close. I really appreciated all her help and how easy this store experienced was.

Sam and Jordan were both super patient and friendly. I was greeted as soon as I walked in. We went in to trade in phones and the whole process was very painless!! They were able to transfer everything from our old phones to the new ones, which a lot of Verizon's will not do anymore. I was very pleased!!

Jordan was absolutely wonderful and patient. She was also so kind and helpful even though we were there after close she helped us with all of our needs and I couldn’t have asked for a better experience tonight! Thank you Jordan!

LEVI at the Cambridge location was awesome to work with. He went out of his way to help me get the accessories I needed and explained why it was good to have them. I had lost everything and Levi took the time to make sure I had my phone setup before Leaving the store.

Super helpful staff. I highly recommend this place for any phone issues if you can't figure out your new phone or if you're having issues with your bill. Extremely knowledgeable and kind.

Since Verizon Wireless seems to be closing a majority of their corporate stores, these authorized resellers are becoming more important. The corporate stores were a time warp anyways. No matter what I went there for, it was a minimum of an hour. This place, however, is the complete opposite. The staff is friendly and knowledgeable. If they don't know something (I can ask really detailed and odd questions), they find the answer in no time. I just wish getting answers from Verizon directly was as easy.

The team at this store is fantastic. I stopped in for some help with a complex request and they went above and beyond to help me. Even when I had to go with another option outside this store, everyone was very helpful. Definitely recommend!

Sonni helped me get my new phone set up. She explained everything very well and very helpful. She knew how to make it easy for me to understand. I am thankful for how well she handled everything.

It took a lot of time to get things set up because my iPhone wasn't backed up (should have done that at home first) But Jonathan was fantastic and A HUGE HELP! The other three girls were also excellent as well.

The ladies that assisted my husband and I were fabulous. They never quibbled about helping up load our old stuff to our new phones. Advised us on which phones to get and a couple other things we wanted to change and buy.
