Very friendly customer service. I came in 10 min before closing and she never rushed me out. I got what I needed in 5 minutes, but she was understanding and answered my questions without rushing me.

The customer service is top notch and price and availability was awesome. Like working with a family owned store, pride in product and pleasant knowledgeable people.

Associate very helpful. Paint is great, but is more expensive than you big box stores. But the paint covers very well, I would say 9 out of 10 on coverage. I will return and buy more.

Great store service. We came to get some paints on a sat and new customers kept comin. U can order small samples at $8 each for 30oz which they can customize the color. Lowe's sells sw samples for $4 but not that many selections. Currently SW store offers 70% off.

Always so incredibly helpful whether picking out color or type of paint for my specific project... Plus cashmere paint is the BEST along with the Sherwin Williams brush line... once you use these, other paint /brushes pale in comparison.

Great experiences time after time. They are always helpful in giving me advice on the best paint based in longevity and durability. I won't go anywhere else. That's for sure. I know that I can easily go in and have all.of my questions answered.

Simple reason, shop there and be treated like a valued customer. Follow the promos and you can get pro procucts for about the same cost as higher end big box paint that in my experience is not a close comparison.

For ALL paint related projects, it is best to utilize the Sherwin-Williams product since it is far superior to the other brands at retailers like Home Depot and Lowe's; in addition to the great personalized attention and expertise provided by the Sherwin-Williams associates.
