I've been shopping with Sonya and Tony since long before prime time merchandise existed, then it was the start of COVID and front porch pick up. I've always been happy with My purchase but on the rare occasion there was a problem they have always made it right, not only do I shop at prime Time often some how I feel like I've made some great friends in them. Thank you all at prime time merchandise for making gift shopping so much easier for me.

The whole staff has always been so nice and very helpful. I bought things from them even before they opened the store. And anything that didn’t work or didn’t operate like it should. They always took it back with no problems. Great place to shop. With great people.
