CVS

First time at this Minute Clinic. Jaclyn Algaheim, NP, was wonderful. She listened to my concerns, gave thoughtful insights, and has a pleasant manner that made my visit a positive experience.

I really enjoy shopping at my local CVS. I save a ton of money with the coupons on the app. I have saved over $700.00 this year so far. The staff at my CVS are always friendly and helpful! The manager (can't remember his name) is always out on the floor helping customers and always has a easant greeting.

Just picked up some prescriptions at the pharmacy here and Rene was such a sweetheart... pleasant and helpful

I went to the pharmacy this morning due to a prescription issue that caused my script to be issued and then reshelved. The prescription was then no longer available for some reason. I was out of my medication. The pharmacy tech, I believe her name was Tori, was so kind. She helped me get an emergency supply and assisted in educating me and helping to rectify the issue. I was absolutely blown away and floored by the awesome customer service I received this morning.

This is a very busy pharmacy because it is on the border of Twinsburg and Solon. But I have not had issues with getting my prescriptions in a timely manner and recommend the staff here. No matter how busy they are, they still greet you with a smile and the pharmacist ensure that you have special instructions for your medications.
