Clayton was friendly and knows his job well. 🙂 He had amazing patience with us and our 5000 questions. And he was able to answer them all. But the most important thing to us was we left feeling like we really got a great deal from AT&T on our upgrades. Great job!

The manager was amazing, his assistant was the one that encouraged me to upgrade the other day, but she was off work. She assured me that Donte could take care of me, and he definitely did. He explained everything, and got me exactly what I was looking for. I look forward then for all my tech needs in the future

Alexis at the AT&T store was great! She helped me transfer my service from another provider, got me a great deal on trading in my old phone for a new iPhone, and set me up on the First Net service. If you are a first responder, licensed ER worker, or work in a trauma center, go see Alexis at AT&T!

Alexis is GREAT! I went In with some questions about upgrading my phone and she was such a big help. She’s so nice and very helpful, answered all my questions and helped me get it all set up!

Bryan was very professional and is easy to approach. I had a hassle free experience and he didn’t have the normal pushy salesman persona, but knows how to effectively and timely close a deal. And his knowledge of every question I had was above par.

Donte was very helpful and profession. Reviewed my account to save me money. Assessed services I needed and those I didn’t. Worked quickly and was easy to talk to.

My husband lost his flip phone in a pond and was unable to retrieve it. Clayton who witks at the at&t store in the zanesville mall was able to take care of everything for me. I had so many questions that he answered . Highly recommend Clayton

I recently went to the at&t store at the Colony Square Mall in Zanesville. Clayton, the young man that assisted me was very professional, helpful, and courteous. He helped with picking out the best phone for me and switched me over to the FirstNet service since I am a first responder. The only bad thing was they were out of stock on the phone I picked out. Clayton said when it was delivered to stop back by and he would assit with transferring my data. First Class service.

Bryan was very helpful to get our old phones reactivated when we returned our new phones after a less than pleasant experience with the AT&T salesmen at Sams Club- which did not end up the way it was supposed to. He was very professional and explained our options. He helped an agitating situation end positively.

Brooklyn and Carter's efforts went a long way in resolving my issue, and I'm incredibly grateful for their fantastic job. Their commitment to delivering top-notch customer service is truly commendable. I visited during a busy time, I was greeted as soon as I walked in and was told someone would be right with me. While waiting, I witnessed customers being very outspoken and rude to them. They handled it with ease, continued to be professional and did their jobs flawlessly. I was truly impressed by them! They are an asset to the AT&T team.
