Friendly and helpful staff. Had a good sale on handsoaps when I visited. There are so many fragrances......can't imagine anyone not finding something they like!

I was in and out quick another shopper handed me a few coupons that worked out great for us. Bought a few of the sets and my daughter picked out some small hand sanitizers. I would shop here again if I need to.

I went in today for the first time to return candles I never return stuff I don’t know why but I find it embarrassing! I headed to the counter and a nice young woman took the candles made small talk and made me feel better about the transaction...I didn’t get her name but she was amazing! I appreciate the help and not being made to feel worse than I felt

Busy but they were fast

They had a lot of different sales going on. I only use their fragrances. If I don't like what someone got me for Christmas then I take the unused ones in and exchange for the ones I want. I like that they will do that!

I didn't catch the cashier's name and my receipt doesn't say it but her number is 3457581 and she has short blonde hair. I wanted to say she was sweet and very helpful dispite the people in front of us who were extremely rude to her. They yelled at her while they were in line because they were old and hard of hearing and the woman she rang out before us was really rude. This girl was very professional and polite and handled the situation well. I hope she gets some short of acknowledgement for it.

Employees were friendly and not in the I have to be because it's my job way..lol
A new smell comes out monday and she was kind enough to let me smell the new scented candle so I would know weather or not to go back Monday !
Every thing was clean and organized!

Love the new fall and winter scents. The small lotion and shower gels are perfect size for traveling, especially when flying your limited 3.4 oz for carry on luggage. I used free coupons to stock up a few months before my vacation.

We stopped in after eating dinner in the area. The store was well stocked, employees were friendly and not overbearing :) we stocked up a scents and aoaps

Love this place so much! The employees are always available to help and if they aren’t out on the floor, you can always ask the cashier!
The displays are always tidy and the store is overall very clean.

Incredibly friendly and helpful staff. They have a genuine interest in their products and helping their customers find what they are looking for and offering helpful suggestions. Not pushy at all, seems like they genuinely like what they do.

This BBW store has been remodeled since my last visit, and the updated look is great. It is bright and cheery, and the product displays are attractive and eye-catching. The store layout is easy to navigate.

The new floorplan offers the customer several ways to shop. For instance, you can go along the walls, find a scent that you like, and see all the of forms the product to choose from. You can also choose to browse by product form (three-wick candles, foaming hand soap, wallflower bulbs...) since the store has them grouped together as well

The sale signs are plentiful but unobtrusive. They are easy to read and understand what products are and are not included.

I was very impressed with the staff who were friendly and knowledgeable. All 3 of the employees knew all of the products, their location in the store, and what form it could be purchased in (lotion, sanitizer, aromatherapy, etc). They all knew and understood what products, or product forms, were either on sale or not included.

Even if you are on the other side of town, I highly coming to this location instead of the BBW inside Franklin Park Mall. It is easy to access and you don't have to park far away and then navigate the crowds at the mall and overcrowded store.

This BBW is part of a nice strip of stores, along with several shopping centers, which make up Spring Meadows. There is plenty of parking, both regular and handicapped outside the store. While there is a steady stream of customers, it is never overwhelming, and you never feel rushed along.

This is by far the best BBW that I have been to thus far!

Friendly staff who greeted me at the door, helped me find what they noticed I was having a hard time locating, staff also worked with me to exchange items with no troubles. Store was very clean and orderly.

Great customer service, had to wait a few minutes to get in due to covid-19 restrictions but the lady outside was great. Love this store always great service.
