DSW Designer Shoe Warehouse

My husband and I came in with our 3 kids around 7:30pm and we were getting ready to checkout at the self checkout. I asked a lady standing by if she could help me apply my coupon I had on my phone. She found me a coupon and not only applied it but matched the online sale prices for the boots we purchased. I did call the store and ask her name and it’s Precious. She’s the sales supervisor and she is super friendly and deserves a raise ! It’s not too often you find someone like her in stores anymore. She definitely did her big one and we appreciate her.

The store was under staffed, so we had to go to the front desk to ask for a kids shoe size 4.5. Josey was there and was extremely helpful. Not only did she get another employee in the back to find the size my son needed she was able to discount it as well. Though it took longer, her attention to detail was much appreciated! Best customer service I have received in a long time!

Customer service is fantastic! I ordered shoes online. The order said in stock at the store so I purchased online for store pickup. I was near the area of the store so I stopped in to see if my order was close to being ready for pickup. I went to the service desk and the staff was very pleasant and extremely helpful! They checked my order number and told me it was on the pick queue to be filled in just a few minutes. I stayed at the store while the order was picked. The entire staff went above and beyond helping me to receive my order! Thank you!

The customer service was great! My order that was shipped to the store was incorrect. I came back the next to return the shoe and Erin(sp?) , one of the managers went above and beyond to make sure I got a shoe that was comparable to what I was looking for.

I recently had to exchange my Christmas 🎄☃🎁 gift (MIA BOOTS) because they were 2 sizes too big, however the customer service person was so sweet and nice, she made the transaction extremely smooth and problem FREE. Ok I just had the best customer service at this store,! I cannot remember her name. But I was picking up my shoes about 15 mins ago. You can tell she loves her job and very helpful. Store looks amazing. Thank you DSW EASTON for making it very welcoming.

Nice selection this one is bets for men's dress shoes sprinkled with some women's Faison shoes they have a small selection of boys/girls toddlers nit many and the sizes go quickly. Great service GIANA was a great assist helping finds shoes for my Grandson she was awesome great customer service 👍

Store is currently under construction and feels a bit cramped but still easy to shop

Visited this store needing some new comfortable leather hiking boots.My old hiking boots have been around the world a few times (Israel, Egypt, Honduras, USA, etc) and have held up nicely over the years. (I write the destination on them with a sharpie marker) DSW staff was very friendly and helpful. The price was perfect! Can't wait to mark these new boots up w new places I travel to. The best shoes shopping ever... we came for mine shoes. At the end got 5 pairs for my family. The attention received from Scott The Manager was outstanding... surprisingly awesome. If every store has someone like him, we spend all our money. My wife was surprise that being so late we got such an amazing experience.

Had a really nice experience here. Not like I imagined after reading reviews. I bet it can get crazy but I was there at 10:30 and it was very clean and organized. The people who work there are so nice! I love the deals as well. Will be going back!

Well I needed a pair of summer leather French sandals recently, they were out of stock, I ordered them, received the pair w/I two weeks. Even received my free gift to boot😆❗ So pleased. I haven't been to dsw in years but it has definitely improved the store was neat and clean and now they even have a nail salon in the back where you can get your nails done as well I found some really great deals on shoes

This my first time here. I got foot & leg work done and I had to come and look for some Crocs for work. But Wish that all the Crocs were in the front of the store like the other ones. But thank you for serving me.

Great place for shoes! Kind of pricey, but they give out $20 off coupons for your next purchase. So I'm super happy :)

Great customer service and I was really satisfied with it. Went in for an exchange but the size wasn't available at the store. I had the sales representative assist me in getting the right size shipped to me.
Was also helped by another rep without asking.

Wonderful place to buy shoes however do they really have to cost hundreds of dollars come on people talking about an overhead!

This is a great place to shoe shop. They have a great selection of shoes, great prices, and the staff is always nice. They also have a lot of coupons online.
