Visited the store today for a new phone after dropping mine in a lake.. Gian helped me out and made what could’ve been a painful process quick and easy. Prompt, knowledgeable and professional while juggling multiple customers at once so nobody had to wait.

Had a horrible experience with my service provider the other day trying to switch to Verizon and Ryan was so patient and understanding. We need more people like him. Give him a raise!!

Best Verizon experience I’ve ever had. Gian was calm, collected, knowledgeable, and kind. Never had a faster, more simple experience. Great service.

Called this location 2 days prior, spoke to a man named Devin, he was very polite, helpful, and through about my issue and gave me options on coming in for my issue. Went into the location today, spoke to Devin again and a man named Joe, both were very friendly and helpful. Joe had gone the extra mile to investigate my issue and I was VERY happy with the service that was provided by both of them. 100% will go back to this location due to these employees.

Gian was amazing tonight. Great customer service and very knowledgeable. Made sure to tell us all of our options with upgrading. He tried to get my son's phone to turn on before upgrading, but it wasn't working. Sadly he was the only one working so there was a decent wait. He continued to check on us even though he was on the phone and working with a customer.

Today my husband and I purchased new phones, and not being techlogically savy was thrilled to be helped by Scott and Gian, the manager. Both were totally professional and most important to us, very patient. We will never go to any other Verizon store and will recommend this location to our friends. Thank you Scott and Gian. There was also another fellow there but did not get his name who was helpful as well. FIVE STARS!!!

On our first trip to the store my husband and I went into the store with our child and sat at the back for over an hour and a half waiting to be helped without being talked to or acknowledged. During this time a few other customers came in and out of the store and left due to not being helped. Another customer walked in and was helped almost instantly while the employee was with the other customers. After being annoyed and our child being agitated, we left the store and weren’t even acknowledged when we left. We ended up going to the store a few hours later and we’re greeted by Ethan, and thank god because he was efficient and answered all of our questions. He had great customer service and did not pressure us into any sales. We left to discuss our options and ended up going back later that night to get a new phone. I would highly recommend and only recommend going to the store if you have an appointment with Ethan. I had multiple phones he assisted me with and made the process enjoyable.

I had the most WONDERFUL experience with Henry at this location. I came in having a temper tantrum of epic proportions and he handled my melt down with grace and the utmost professionalism. After I checked my self and realized I was being worse behaved than my 4 year old with me I sulked and patiently waited my turn and I am so glad I did!

He continued to act with such a respectful positive attitude and even offered my daughter (and I) a lollipop. He was very busy with a line of 5 customers, three ahead of myself but he efficiently worked through and multi tasked each customer.. As I got to my turn, I apologized profusely for my behavior and he humbly accepted my apology and immediately helped me with my problem!! So not only was Henry professional , he was charismatic, friendly, knowledgeable, hard working and sincere. If his boss reads this, Henry needs a raise and a bonus and a promotion!! I am in retail myself and I know how hard dealing with clients can be and he went above and beyond. Please realize what a GEM of an employee you have here and do anything you can to keep him! He will go very far in his career!

My wife and I had a great experience here. We were helped by the store manager Gian. He was friendly, knowledgeable and made our experience as stress-free as possible.

I was at Russell Cellular yesterday to do an early upgrade. I had the pleasure of working with a young man named Gian. He was very knowledgeable and made the experience very easy for me. He was very professional and very understanding of exactly what I wanted to do. It was my first time there and I can say my family and I will definitely come back and work with Gian!

Ethan was amazing! Competent, patient and kind. Totally knew what he was doing and even managed to get us an additional discount. I’ve been to other Verizon stores but the employees at this store were beyond knowledgeable and helpful. Highly recommend.

I was in a pickle needed an upgrade on my phone. Ethan was so great to deal with. Personable, helpful, knowledgeable and polite. While helping me, numerous customers entered the store at the same time and he greeted them promptly and assisted them with ease. I would highly recommend using this location. Thank you Ethan for my making my experience so great in a time when everything else in the world isn’t.

Very helpful staff. They were able to get my new phone set up very quickly! They put the screen protector and case on my phone, too! Thank you! Highly recommended this location!

Best experience ever buying new phone. My daughter ended up buying one also with no plans to do so when we walked in. I am 72 and he explained everything I terms I could understand. Did not talk down to me at all when most younger people automatically do when comes to electronics. I have 3 grandchildren I am guardian of all with phones I support. He will be the only person I will deal with when time comes they will need the same thing. Thank you so much. JS

Ethan is the best!! The store is clean and never seemed to be overly crowded. Customers are aided to promptly and the staff greet customers with a warm energy. Staff members are very knowledgeable regarding products, devices and financing. Merchandise was available that day of or in a timely manner.

With the daunting task of buying a new phone ahead of me, I went to my local cellular store. Fortunately I met Ethan and he was was extremely informative and helpful. Ethan took the time to make sure my new phone was set, exactly as my old phone and made sure I felt comfortable with it. I would highly recommend this store. The associate who was working with Ethan was also very kind and helpful.

I purchases my phone there just over a year ago and was extremely happy with the service I received. I was having an issue so I went back and was assisted in the store by Matthew. He consulted with Verizon tech support and was able to resolve the issue. I was so appreciative of Matthew's help and assistance. This store is truly the best!

I have gone to Verizon in sparta NJ, multiple times and I don't even use Verizon anymore and Ethan and his coworker have always saved me. Not only are they extremely kind, helpful and intelligent they really do absolutely everything they can to help you. These gentlemen set the bar for customer service and satisfaction. I thank you so much for all your help and the time you have given me. I truly appreciate it and hope you get very deserved raises.

Just had amazing experience at this Verizon! Henry was awesome and helped me with a new phone purchased quickly and efficiently. He is incredibly friendly and is a role model for excellent customer service.
