Curbside pickup consistently offers quick & efficient service, courtesy of their polite staff. This afternoon, they added a nice touch to my pickup experience with a thoughtful gesture: a signed note, which also featured a message in Spanish, showcasing their commitment to inclusivity, along with a refreshing mint!

I go here a lot for my home project needs. It’s dangerous for me to go in the hardware section because I want to buy all the nice new tools! Home Depot has been my go to hardware store for many years.

Typical Hone Depot in the Bloomington MN airport area for all your tools, nuts and bolts you might need. Ample parking.

Monica (Customer Service) and Kevin (Supervisor) were super helpful to assist me in returning a interior door that I purchased which was the wrong size. I wish more people in retail stores were like them. They understood I had a special circumstance and addressed the situation with professionalism, integrity, respect and honor. Kudos to these wonderful humans who accomplished a task I was loosing sleep over. AAAA+++++

Tim is the greatest Home Depot employee of all time, he went above and beyond and provided incredible customer service to help me and my friend when we had to change a flat tire and needed a lot of tool guidance and problem solving strategy. This guy is what it’s all about. Thanks Tim, you’re a hero and a true gentleman!!

Great experiences with the rental center at this location. Charlie is an absolute MVP! Most recently, I was actually on my way to Menards to rent a demolition hammer because it was cheaper there, but stopped here to help my sister rent a truck (she hadn’t rented one before). Charlie was so nice and helpful to my sister that I decided to forgo Menards and just rent the demo hammer here. I am SO GLAD I did because when I explained to Charlie what my project was he advised me to go with a different tool (the actual breaker/jackhammer vs. the demo hammer). When I said I was nervous about using the jack hammer he explained that I would be miserable using the demo hammer and that the jackhammer would be much easier. He was 1000% correct and I am so thankful for his advice. Based on this experience (and other positive experiences) this location will always be my first stop to rent tools for my DIY projects!

Gary (customer service) was INCREDIBLY knowledgable and helpful; he took his time helping us figure out which resources we needed while we were under a time crunch; thank you!

What made this a stand out was the staff.

Needed help in the carpet section. I reached out to the first associate I saw and asked if he worked in that area, he said he didn't, but called for help.

The gentleman who came to assist me was very courteous and helpful. I was able to get the carpet remnant I needed for my son's dorm room. He even offered to help me if I needed it loaded in my vehicle.

As we were looking at options to fold the carpet remnant to fit in my SUV, another associate offered to help.

I had a situation where I needed a couple of boards cut and had to have someone come pick them up for me, so I needed them cut ahead of time. This is not something they ordinarily do, but I lucked out and happened to get the Richfield store manager on the phone when I called, and he went above and beyond to take care of it for me! He spent about 20 minutes over the phone to get this done, then did the cuts for me himself. I can't remember the last time I had such awesome customer service, and all for a $12 order. Thank you!!!

We were able to find everything we needed to make the necessary repairs to our house at this moment in time. The staff were able to help us track down the items we needed at the moment. Quick trip in and out.

Friendly and helpful staff. We went there to buy plants for the spring garden. Large selection of the most common varieties though they don't carry some of the more exotic types. When I inquired about those they connected me to the garden expert which was nice. We also had no trouble finding and purchasing rabbit fencing. Good place with just about anything you might need for home improvements.

Excellent service. The self checkout cashier had serious dance moves; and an uncanny resemblance to a young Michael Jackson. I'll be back!

They have good deals on flowers.

Honestly I love this Home Depot! Everything is always organized and in the isles they should be. They have such great prices too and these are quality items as well. The staff around always help me find what I need and when it comes to customer service and returns they do such an amazing job. No matter what I always find myself coming back to this location... It's my favorite place to shop not just for construction but everything else.

Today I went to the store and I lost my wallet inside the store, I contacted a manager what happened, they told me that they couldn't do anything. If they found her they would call me. I called them 20 minutes later and they told me that they had found it. One of the employees had found it. I offered him some money in gratitude. but the manager said they couldn't take it. I want to thank that there are still honest people and thanks to all the staff of that store who are always very kind. God bless you all.

Great staff! Not too lazy to help load on these super hot days. But shame on you Home Depot for not allowing those hardest working people to accept tips! I demand that this policy is changed. If they work hard and go the extra mile, they should be aloud to benefit from it.

Good selection of plants today. Employees were super helpful in all departments I was in.

Normally Home Depot and Menard's get a bad reputation for having scarce, unhelpful employees however I was at this Home Depot yesterday evening and had the best experience. Multiple employees asked if I needed help. One left where he was stocking to help me pick the right product and another listened to what I was doing and helped me select the items I needed. I had a great experience. Thank you and keep up the good work!!

AMAZING service. The staff are wonderful and knowledgeable. Finding them can be tough sometimes, as they're often busy, but patience is a good thing, and, if in need, the service desk is an awesome resource! I got the help I needed, with checking on whether the battery and charger I chose, would work with the tool I wanted. The gentleman took the time to open the package and check for me!! Such a great array of products as well! Good prices, too!

This is a nice store. Different from the standard footprint, maybe a bit smaller? I found everything I needed except windshield washer fluid which there was none stored on the shelf in automotive. They'd moved it all outside the exit after checkout. Why you wouldn't have some in both places is beyond me but I really don't understand why it was outside the checkout area. So odd...
