Been in here so many times and always something cute and beautiful to see. Customer service is always fabulous to me. Simply love Hallmark period.

I feel so lucky to have two wonderful Hallmark stores in Hagerstown. Both stores have employees that are knowledgeable and very helpful. Everyone is nice and personable. Its so sweet that they remember me....especially the manager of both stores: Kim. She works along side her employees and instructs them with kindness and professionalism. Both stores have great displays and great selection of merchandise. Both are very tidy at all times especially during the holidays.
I would also like to give a huge compliment to Lexi at the Crosspoint Hallmark store. She is such a sweetheart. She is so helpful to her coworkers and demonstrates wonderful customer service to all her customers...especially me. She was the first person to notice my unused points and instructed me how to navigate the website. I really appreciate her so so much. Also, the other girls in the store helped me with the Barbie mermaid ornament that didn't work. Much appreciated. Sorry this review is a little late. Please make sure Kim is aware of my review.
