There are a lot of negative reviews for this place, but I had a perfectly fine experience with them. I called about a walking boot for my boyfriend, the girl who answered the phone said they had one, I went in, was greeted kindly, she walked over and got the boot, rang me up with pleasant conversation, and told me to enjoy the rest of my day. Couldn't have asked for a better transaction.

Super helpful and friendly service, I want to say her name is Ashley but my memory is garbage. I enjoy going in to pick up medical supplies for my dad and just chit chatting with her and her son. If she doesn't have an answer for any question she will find it and call you to help you make the best choices. Great place to get your medical supplies.

We had an out of town family member who was in desperate need of a specific type of urinary catheter which was due to arrive from his home state, but was delayed. First Choice was extremely helpful and they were able to supply samples until his shipment arrived. We are so very grateful for their kindness, and give them 5 stars for their effort and great service!

Staff were very helpful and professional.

Call first before you go. I've gone three times and twice they were closed during their posted hours with no explanation.

I walked in and a worker asked if I needed help. I said yes and explained that my baby has extremely sensitive skin and that I was needing stacked gauze to use as baby wipes. I asked what ply I would need, that would be very soft. She wasn't 100% sure and she looked it up online. I bought what the worker recommended and went home. When I opened the package I instantly knew I did not purchase the correct kind. I couldn't wipe my baby's bottom with this!! I put it back in the package and drove back to the store. I explained what had happened and asked if I could get a refund. She asked if it was sterile or non-sterile, and I told her non. She said it couldn't be returned. I asked to speak with the manager, who told me since it could not be repackaged and sold that they couldn't return it. I told her I understood that but that their staff assisted me in this purchase. She didn't care. They were extremely rude and we're not able to put a customer first. Definitely do not recommend, especially if you plan on asking staff for advice.

***DO NOT shop here, terrible service online and in person. If you have a choice, i highly recommend taking your business elsewhere

Buyer beware. This is a real shady outfit. They sell products on ebay and will not stand behind them. I bought an item from them, it did not work. They told me to mail the item back to them and they would send me a replacement. I did and it has been 2 months now since I sent the defective item back to them and I have not received my replacement item yet. I have emailed them several times. They told me that the item would be in within a week (two months ago). After not receiving the replacement item within a month, I asked them for a refund. After several more emails over the past two months they have not responded. Not only am I out the money for the product, I am also out for shipping the defective product back to them.

Worst place to shop. Zero help. Needed medical grade compression socks. Walk in, lady is on the phone on personal call at least 5-10 minutes talking about trick or treating. Finally gets off phone. Says oh the socks are all over the store. My reply, nevermind I'll figure it out cause that's less than helpful. Maybe your boss would like to know. Then she started to help. A little. Totally useless place.

Do not ever go to the place, it’s very dirty, and unprofessional, most of the employees don’t care anymore bc the owner doesn’t treat them right or even pays them on time, I know how the owner lives too she is very well off, but she making her employees struggle she can’t even upgrade their working conditions just so disappointing, don’t support this business.

Treated so rudely. When I reminded them it was the new product I needed the refill supplies for, I was sold the old ones and they would not take them back, for exchange, no apology, just a too bad so sad. Not an ethical place to do business.

I was rather surprised that not one employee in the store was wearing a mask, and. I had to wait because staff was outside for a cigarette break right outside front door. Not much of a healthful environment for a medical supply store!
