I love coming here. Great prices. These guys know their stuff & are super friendly & accommodating. I always buy my juices & they always have my coils & juices. Never on back order like other places I've gone to in the past. They are so helpful. Thank you & big ups.

I have been coming to this shop since it opened. Although the employees have changed, the level of great products at great prices and their excellent customer service have not. This to me is the best vape shop in the area and there are several. This places has everything, from the new vapor starting out to more advanced items. The staff is always taking the time to answer questions no matter how stupid you might think they are. The prices compare to most physical shops in the area. They also have a very good juice selection. They encourage you to have a seat at the bar and try as many flavors as you like. Wise Guys is my goto store and should be yours too!

Everytime I go in I’m never disappointed with my experience. The staff always hooks me up and makes sure I get everything I need. Recently had a problem with one of my mods and they completely hooked me up. Best prices around and best staff as well. If you’re looking for great prices and an overall good vape shop Wise Guys is the place.

To be perfectly honest, the care and warm welcome you receive at this shop is unmatched in the Greater Chicago Area. Their attention to detail and personable attitudes make for not only an enjoyable experience, but a comforting one. I have been to quite a few vape shops throughout the Chicago area, and this shop is in the Top 2, definitely Top 1 in Des Plaines.

I went there to replace a atty which had a melted delrin insulator, thus tainting the flavor and health of my vape substantially. Jason, I believe, was the initial gentleman who helped me and he was honest and straight-forward. He asked me all the right questions and at no point did I get the "sleazy salesman" vibe; rather I felt taken care of and heard. This welcoming and attentive attitude continued as I requested politely to have a rebuilt coil made . He jumped at the opportunity, legitimately stoked to do a new coil; the passion he has for modding and vaping is evident and inspiring.

If you want knowledge, care, and a chill, inviting atmosphere, then cruise here for some fun and chase cloudz with Chi-Town's best. Their juice selection is awesome, and the conversationalists behind the juice bar will brighten your day,

These guys have a great establishment with very knowledgeable employees. There is a great assortment of flavors with great prices. From what I've seen these are the best shops in the Chicago land area. I highly recommend paying them a visit.

Checked it out on a whim to see if they had any different flavor Juul pods. They had a great selection and the employee working there was very nice. Will return.

I had no idea the number of vapes was so large, and contained so many options, (especially inside the regulated-to-death and very unfree State of Illinois). I had never owned a vape before, and the owners were helpful and answered all my questions. No hassles, no condescension. Also, an enjoyable discussion beyond vaporizing devices (ranging into law and computer science). Maybe when society finally wakes up and plucks the regulators from their collective jugular veins you can serve craft beer, etc. as well. If you did, I'd probably just hang out here all day, and vaporize myself into a catatonic state. I hope you thrive.
