Peter was our representative at the Schaumburg location and he was absolutely fantastic. He was very knowledgeable and was very nice. He helped my father and I with everything and answered every question we had, it was overall just excellent top notch customer service. Both my father and I would love to work with him again in the future.

Peter was awesome in transferring everything from my old iPhone to my new one. Explained everything to me and also helped me with my trade-in. He made what could have been a challenging experience to an easy, quick and seamless one. Extremely professional and knowledgeable, as well as, friendly and put me immediately at ease. We had a broken phone and went in to see our options immediately. Walked out with new phones and apple watches thanks to Ralph and Ruben! On a pretty busy Friday night they were able to spend time helping us find what we were looking for and more along with setting everything up and answering any questions we had. Artur restored my faith in AT&T. He took a bad situation and made it good. We had stopped into the Deer Park store where had to come back over 4 times to get a line added with a simple upgrade. After numerous errors, inability to meet our simple expectations we were sent to Schaumburg where Artur spent two hours doing what the store could not. He should be commended for his patience and expertise. We were on the verge of going to Verizon. Artur reaffirmed our belief of great customer service. Thank you Artur.

Went in for a new phone and the process was quick and easy. Peter was very helpful and had an answer for every one of my questions.

The 3 AT&T associates we interacted with were fantastic! Bello, Peter & Carina did the store proud.

We were in the market for an iPhone 15 Pro Max. 2 other locations were out of them. But we called this Schaumburg location across from Woodfield and spoke to Bello who had what we wanted.

As soon as we entered Bello greeted us and set us up with Peter. Peter took the time to understand our needs and assist us in trading in my old phone and set up the new one.

Overall an exceptional experience! We’ll be sure to come back for any future phone needs!
