Trey did an amazing job showing me styles on the floor to match the chairs at my house! I would highly recommend him and Alex his manager who helped show us how the butterfly table worked. Very patient and courteous service!

I have had an impeccable experience with my most recent purchase from the sales associate Terrance to the store manager Alex sharing his recommendation to the deliverers both Chris and Alex who exemplified teamwork and last but not least Alberta who exemplified perfect communication skills and excellent customer service (I know it’s a run on sentence 🤣). I would definitely recommend you to shop with them. I felt welcomed, helped, heard and they even cared to follow up to ensure that my experience was pleasant. OMG!!! I cannot begin to express my sincerest gratitude and appreciation for the customer service I received at the Ashley Homestore on the Eastern Blvd. Alex (Sales Manager) and Lashunda (CSR) went above and beyond to assist me ordering replacement parts for my bed. They were awesome!!! When I spoke with Alex over the phone he was super nice and very helpful. But he and LaShunda were 10x nicer when I met them in the store! I definitely recommend this store.

Ms.Dorothy was a big help came in she made it an easy process come in and see her for all your furniture needs. Ms.Shaunda was a big help as well both have great customers service.

My salesperson Allison was the best. She is the bomb. She’s listened to all of our requests. She helped meet our needs for finding a bed and an accent bench. Communicating our needs was very easy and she understood everything, I would recommend her for others coming to this Ashley Location.

Me and my grandma had a wonderful experience here! We both got couches for our homes!! Terrance and LaTasha both handled us with care! Also, we came during the pre Black Friday sale! Please go out and catch you a deal! The staff was so friendly and nice! Best service ever!!
