O'Reilly Auto Parts

Thanks to Mason for tightening our windshield wiper arm before we replaced them there too! He came out in the snow to do it so they functioned properly again :)

O’Reilly Auto Parts is my go to parts store when I am traveling. So far they have carried everything I needed including my latest purchase a 2010 Nissan cabin filter. Cash or Credit card accepted. I always ask about discounts because O’Reilly Auto Parts is currently offering a Military discount on many of the purchases I make.

Great place. Consistent good customer service. Always ample parking.

In this day and age, where most businesses do not know what "Customer Service" is, I had the pleasure of meeting sales clerk Skylar at O'Reilly's. He was knowledgeable, courteous, and very helpful. A great asset!

I went in for a return and was helped by Skyler. He was great!! It was easy and smooth. In and out in 5 minutes. Thanks again!!

Today we stopped at the Store in Mandan to get a new Battery and asked if they would exchange it for us.
Without hesitation Mason said of course we will help.
It was not an easy task as he had to take several parts off in order to get the Battery out and the new one in.
He did all that with smiles and saying he likes to help.
Task was done but the car would not start so he ask Ron if he would have an idea .
Ron laid down on the ground and got under our Vehicle and pointed out that we had a missing part.
He got our Vehicle started and wished us a good Day.
One of the best exercises I had in a long time ..

I wasn't able to get the part I needed, but I did get a lot of help from the team here. Probably the best group of O'Reilly's folks I've met. Will most definitely be returning in the future.

Changed my battery for me at time of purchase

Hey Phol was great! Came out of the store. Took the bulb out. Sold us the new one and put it back in for us. Saved us a ticket as we had sevral miles to go yet! Did it all with a smile and very polite.

Love the staff, helpful, and kind. They go above and beyond trying to help. I do not like that I have to order so many parts in though. They have not had multiple common spark plugs I have tried to come in for and have to order alot in. That is my only complaint. Place is clean and organized.

Wow. Mason went above and beyond to help me with all my questions about my car. He came outside, did the plug in thing, told me some tips I could try to prevent my check engine light from coming on, then he found me a $9 air filter (way more at the oil change place), I purchased it, and then he INSTALLED it for me! Couldn't be more happy about this place. Thank you, Mason, for all you do. You have a true talent, you are so helpful and knowledgeable about all the aspects of your job. It's no wonder why you're a manager there, but I'm also hoping you get a raise soon as well!!! They are lucky to have you there☺

I've had good luck with O'Reilly. Staff has been helpful. Never really asked a tough automotive question though. I've just bought basic stuff like fluids and other automotive consumables. Better than WalMart but less hard-core than Napa.

I've never had a bad experience, and I'm normally have some projects that brings me in. The staff seems pretty knowledgeable and are friendly. They've kept the door open when I accidentally cut my gas line once as well

My wipers went bad on my truck and the staff installed them for free. This staff was friendly and actually new what they were doing. Will continue to purchase automotive items again.

Our vehicle broke down on the highway on a Sunday and after finding out all other mechanics were closed on Sunday we called here and John was more than helpful, he found us our part and he even took time out of his day to personally install our new alternator with his help we’re back in the road in no time. Give this man a raise!!

Had a check engine light come on and we're really far from a Volvo dealer. We were able to get the codes read and a possible cause.

Mason and jaimie are great. They always nice and help me with whatever I'm doing for my project vehicles. Usually a one stop shop unless it's a really old vehicle lol
