April is amazing. She is very knowledgeable and will surely have the answer to any question you have. She is also very fast. I came in the store as a prepay customer. Within 30 minutes she had my new contract plan activated on my new phone and had all my information transfered to my new phone also had a brand new tablet and service on the tablet activated. Very pleasant experience.

Thank Goodness the Verizon store in Sparta,TN Location have finally has a professional woman by the name of April working there that makes you feel welcomed,comfortable,awesome customer care & service 👏 and completely feels like a new store now !! Before it was all men that were rude,disrespectful & highly unpleasant & unprofessional!! Verizon, hire more people like her! She's the best and for now on I will only visit that Location as long as that new lovely lady is working there!!! Thank you for such awesome customer service & professionalism!!!

The man who helped us tonight was so great! I didn't catch his name but he was friendly and knew exactly what we needed. I was already nervous because I'm not very tech savvy but he was so patient and helped us get it done.

Just left this store and the little guy in there was given such a hard time by the girl in front of me. He showed much composer if she had talked to me that way, I would have lost my job. Tyler is one of the nicest salesman I have ever done business with. I caught him at closing time I wasn't paying attention to the clock and I was needing to upgrade my watch. I will definitely be back to deal with him on my upgrade.

Devon was more than helpful with helping me get the item I needed as well as helping me with a few things to set up my new phone.

I was very pleased with my visit to Verizon in Sparta. Josh was awesome to work with. He was super friendly and efficient in everything he did. I was in and out in no time. I was also able to observe him with other customers as well and he was very professional and knowledgeable about all of their products and services. I would highly recommend anyone go see Josh if you need anything through Verizon.
