Exceptional customer service. The woman at the front helped walk me through the whole process being a patient from a neighboring state. I plan to come back in the near future. Products and prices are fair.

They stay open late. FSC has a wide variety with helpful staff. This store is friendly and inviting. You won't find that at Columbia Don't Care.

First off, the staff are amazing. From the front desk to the budtenders, and everyone involved… they are friendly, knowledgeable and happy to help every step of the way. The selection is not only the best in Delaware, but better than most recreational places in other states as well. The sign up process is easy, and there are constantly discounts and deals that are superior to most other stores. Thank you First State Compassion!

The staff is friendly and knowledgeable. They are stocked reasonably well. They have frequent sales and several discount programs, which are very beneficial.

I look forward to visiting FSC each month. It is extremely clean. The staff is always friendly, pleasant and ready, willing, and able to please. They are also knowledgeable and caring w/attention to your specific requests/needs.
I emphasize that because some dispensaries make you feel 'hurried', but I do not feel that at FSC.
They have the best discounts in the state, throughout the month, and the product is always exceptional.
I love the broad scope of their FLOWER selection. I take it to 'task' every chance I get, and there is something for everyone. I specifically like the fact that it isn't too dried out and that they leave a 'tad' of that natural trim on it.
They 'gently' suggest items, but respect your comfort zone immensely. I LOVE this specifically about their staff. Although the staff is extremely professional, as they should be, I do enjoy trying to break them out a little with my crazy sense of humor.
I am old school and I speak on what I know and my experience with FSC. I like to roll my FLOWER, sit back and enjoy it with some old tunes. This, in my opinion, is the truest test of QUALITY.
They do not disappoint. I get what I pay for...every time. Most importantly, if I felt that they fell short of my expectations, I am 100% certain they would stop at nothing, to correct it.
Remember that...I feel CUSTOMER first, every time I visit. Keep up the great work, FSC

I’ve been a patient going on 3 years. I must say that their website design makes ordering, filtering preferences, seeing the actual terpenes/percentage, and placing an order so much more simpler than others. The staff are kind, generous with their time, and looking for deals for you where they can. I appreciate having this dispensary so close by. Now, to just work on those higher THC counts🤞🤞.As a medical patient I appreciate their services

As a veteran, I can not do enough to express my appreciation for the Warrior Wednesday discount. The staff here at the Lewes Location really know their stuff. Every time I come, I am greeted warmly. I highly recommend the cooking hash also

This is one of the best dispensary in DE hands down. I drive 45 min passing two other dispensers just to come to FSC. Their staff is very helpful and kind, they have amazing deal and some of the best product. I am a proud FSC member.

I've been coming here since the height of the pandemic. The struggle was REAL during that time however it has only grown from the experience and expect REAL customer service especially from the long standing employee Cindy and her sidekick closer @ now 9PM, Miss Sally. Lovin the hours!

First State Compassionate Care is an exceptional dispensary. The staff members are friendly, knowledgeable and very helpful. I previously had to drive to Wilmington prior to this one opening. It’s clean and well organized. I would love to work there.
