Very friendly people. Easy to find what you need. I go here all the time for my phone and accessories. Would recommend T-Mobile to everyone who need good phone service. Thank you T-Mobile for being on my side.

I had an issue with the way employees in this store handled a situation. But, Jay, the store manager, made sure that he went above and beyond to make the situation more than right. There will be times that things happen with a business, because there are human interactions involved. But when that same business is told of the issue and the management strives to resolve the issue and leave you, the customer, satisfied; that deserves acknowledgment. This store went ABOVE AND BEYOND! I highly recommend giving them your business.

Jerry, the customer service is a awesome worker, not only did he treat me like a customer, he treated me like a friend and he did everything for me. He's the greatest and with him being a sprint employee at the Dixie store I need to go no farther. Keep up the good work Jerry, you are indeed a excess to Sprint. See you when a new phone I like comes out.

Good people - though technically above my skills, a bit difficult to follow the steps.
I'd recommend making an appointment, as those come first. As a walk in, I had to wait awhile, but I knew that before hand.
I did not make a purchase that day; but I gathered the information needed to make an informed decision. The person I talked to still helped me in every way he could to
'educate' me, showed me the pricing structures; & made recommendations with
alternative types of cell phones and plans.
I was grateful that he did not make me feel
old & uneducated, but rather made me feel as if I was entering a new technology on the ground floor. I heartily recommend the Sprint Store on Preston Highway. I have not had any bad dealings with them.

I had a great experience with Michelle , She explained everything I need to know about my new phone and helped me with the accessories that I need it to get for my new phone and all the details with my new contract. I would recommend Michelle due to she was great at explaining and being very patient and being very thorough and I would like to thank her.

I had a great experience with T-Mobile trying to switch my wife's phone over to mine but she had AT&T and they were a major problem they kept on putting her on hold transferring her to people who didn't know what they were talking about it was just a ridiculous situation with them and T-Mobile was very patient and worked with us I've been with T-Mobile for 7 years and plan to stay with them
