Lowe's Home Improvement

Today I went to Lowes Pembroke to purchase different paints for multiple projects. I was impressed with the customer service provided by Bob D'Amato. He went through each of the projects and made recommendations on type of paint and tools necessary to complete the job. Also alerted me that it was premature to do any exterior jobs, as the surface (not temperature) had to be above a certain level for the paint to cure properly. He couldn't have been kinder or more informative. Thanks Bob!

These guys have been working round the clock to make us happy during this quarantine. I’ve seen first have what happen to a home improvement type store when people are stuck at home for months.

When I head into the Lowe’s in Pembroke the staff is always willing to help. They helped me price out a job I was doing on the spot and even saved me some money. All in all this is the place for basic home improvement.

Today it was 5 stars, not always so. My wife went with a list, she had associates help her find items. One was a full sheet of sheetrock. They helped her load it into a cart, helped her out of the store and load it in the van. Most helpful!

I love Lowe's. My parents love it too, the customer service here is the best and the store is nice and clean. I'll definitely be back again soon, Anthony 😊

After so many poor products at HD, I started going out of my way to buy a Lowes. I buy all my engineered small engine fuel here and everything else for my house. No more HD.

Been going here a lot lately, I feel like I'm shopping inside the Amazon of hardware stores. To me that's a great thing. Very well organized and clean with good sized lumber and outdoor garden sections. I had previously been a Home Depot guy buy I'm coming around. NFC Payments don't work yet so no Apple, android, or Samsung pay...

There's a girl that works at customer service and the interaction she and I had was great - turned my frown upside down :) <3 plant girl

Lowes just treats customers better than the other big box store.

OK, I've got find a 24" downrod for a ceiling fan, what are the odds that Lowe's will have something that specific... THEY HAD IT. In fact, they had 4 or 5 different color options, as well maybe 4 different lengths. Excellent. A "win" for me.

And then over in the blinds/curtains department, a staffer named Jen was very helpful walking me through different options and how to do it -- even though I told her up front that I didn't have the specific measurements, so she knew I wasn't going to buy today, but she was very helpful in my scouting mission!

I'm going through a bit of a renovation and... I'm finding everything I need at Lowe's, and the staff is helpful and friendly, and occasionally I have to return something and they make that pretty easy. So I'll keep coming here!

Just wanted to give a shout out to the delivery team from Lowe’s. We got new grill that the team moved to our 3rd floor deck no questions or push back! We appreciated it very much!!

Awesome staff. Very well learned people working. Good paint good lumber. Other things like power tools and plants are a bit overpriced.

I had a wonderful experience placing my first shutters order on our first home. Jon in windows was very helpful with a custom order and answering my many questions. He was very patient with several changes to the order as well. Thanks Jon!

I had purchased a pair of vinyl roller shades online for in-store pickup, and needed the width of each roll trimmed to the perfect size. No one was working in the window treatment area at the time I arrived there, so I pressed a button to call for assistance. Stephen from the Flooring Dept. came over and graciously offered his help. What a great employee! He was polite, knowledgeable, efficient, and attentive. He knew exactly what he was doing, and provided me with prompt and exemplary customer service. Two thumbs way up for Stephen at Lowes store number 1758! These days, it truly seems so hard to get good customer service anywhere, so when I do, I must give praise where (and to whom) it is due! Thank you, Stephen!

I Love Lowe's & here's a few of the many reasons why... It's clean, well organized, always well stocked with a very knowledgeable & friendly staff. This past Sunday I spent an hr in the Pembroke store with my granddaughter enjoying the extensive Christmas displays.🎅

We had great customer service at the Lowe’s in Pembroke recently! We were buying an outdoor dining set for our deck, and Dan, Josh, and Tom(?) assisted us in retrieving all the chairs that we wanted. The matching table that we needed was out of stock, so Dan called several stores for us looking for it. We were able to purchase it at another store, thanks to Dan. Josh walked us up to the registers with all the chairs to assist us. The associates ( 2 nice women) at the checkout counter were also very helpful and friendly. We had a great experience at this Lowe’s, thanks to the hard working employees! We will be back!

If you need mulch in bulk, pay inside and pick up outside! Let them load it into your vehicle - sooo helpful! Thx, Jason!

Took exactly 1 month from payment to installation of my custom hallway runners.There was 1”snafu”,but with the help of James Smith, it was straightened out. The installer Sean did an excellent job! In these trying times,it’s nice to know there are people who still work with their hands and their brains.
