Apart from the newspapers and magazines, they have an ice cream freezer, a wide variety of candy and chocolates, “stuffies”, and cards for when you need to get one last second.

don’t get me wrong but i love the news agency but sometimes the employees are very rude and intrusive of personal . one time i was there holding my mom’s hand when i was younger and an employee started making fun of me, not the ideal way you should be treating a customer. overall i love the place but less the employees.

Of course, the place is great, and a great place for snacks, but one of the employees is very rude, they would tell me where to stand, to close my bag, where to set my stuff, basically bossing me around

Wish I could give a lower rating. Completely unprompted the owner of the establishment started spewing very transphobic jargon. Calling people he-she's and saying they're sick. I was literally buying a soda, what the heck??? Nasty service (and overpriced soda)

This is the worst establishment in hinsdale, I’m very upset that this type of customer service exists in such a wonderful town. Very rude to me and my children. I took my own balloons to be blown up with helium, she filled 10 balloons and then charged me $40, stated that she has to charge me for balloons, not just the helium. Did not tell me this prior. Then on the way out told me if the balloons pop, dont come back. Second, the candy is very old and stale, does not change out very often. Highly recommend going elsewhere. Many places in lagrange and western springs where customer service comes first. This establishment is a joke.

I went in to pick up a water before taking the train downtown for work. The woman working asked me when I was due implying that I was pregnant. I'm 5'4" and 140 lbs. I'm not pregnant. I have never been so insulted in my life and almost started to cry on the spot. What a completely inappropriate thing for an employee to ask a customer. I will never go back.
