There was an issue with the Verizon corporate in getting my new phone activated. Although I had to return several times the same day, the reps at the Hinsdale store were outstanding in working to resolve the issue.

Just got home internet from this Verizon and Kendrick is the one who helped me out. He was awesome! Very knowledgeable and patient about the whole process, if you go here definitely go to him. 10/10!

Exceptional customer service by Randy. Ironically, I just finished reading the book unreasonable, hospitality, and Randy truly delivered exceptional service.

I went to the store last week looking to upgrade my phone. I hadn't realized that the store was about to close. However, Randy, kindly allowed me to enter. And I must say, Randy's professionalism and knowledge were impressive. Thanks to him, I was able to complete my transaction swiftly. Additionally, he informed me about a promotion that I wasn't aware of, which I truly appreciated.

Matt and Kendrick were very knowledgeable and professional in setting up my new phone. The store was very clean although the chairs were a little uncomfy. Go to this store and Matt or Kendrick will make sure you have a great experience!

Randy was very professional. He set up my appointment times, told me how long it was going to take, prepared me to transfer from one company to Verizon. Kendrick is an excellent Mobile Sales Consultant. He’s friendly, he’s aware of all Verizon deals and he was happy to help me transfer data from my iPhone 13 to a new iPhone 15.

The customer service rep, Randy, in your Hinsdale store was awesome. He started working with me a couple weeks ago and gave me great advice on what packages were best for me. I have had some unpleasant experiences in the past onboarding a new phone. Randy made the process perfectly flawless and was so pleasant in the transition. So much so I called one of my sons while I was still at the store and convinced him to move his account from ATT to VZ. Before I left the Hinsdale store Randy not only had my account setup but my sons as well. Randy is a true professional and an asset to your company. I am a CEO of a local money management firm and I hope to refer more business your way.
