Ask me if my fountain coke was all that I was getting and when I told them yes it was they told me merry Christmas and didn't charge me for it.

It is BP, big chains like this get a four star rate unless an individual store has something special. This was status quo. No reason to avoid : )

Gas pumps slow and the tv ads are more than a little annoying!

Can’t believe you don’t open til 6 on a workday. Guess you’ll never get my business.

I have been here three times in the last two weeks and the card readers don’t work on any of the pumps. They only except payment inside. If you’re in a hurry, this will be a very stressful experience.

On multiple occasions, the lady at the register has been extremely rude to me for no reason. She gives dirty looks, and when I say thank you she just stares at me. Today I complimented her because she seemed like she was having a rough morning and she says “I’m just gonna keep my thoughts to myself”. I’ve never met a more unhappy and disrespectful woman in my life. Every person I know that has came to that gas station has had a bad experience with her. She should be fired. She genuinely looks like she hates her life 100% of the time. It’s the older woman with short hair that is braided and wears glasses. She seems to be racist, anytime a colored person walks in she smiles and compliments them and is nice, but any of the white people come in and she’s rude as hell. Wish there was a zero star option.

None of the card readers work. Only pay inside. Avoid at all costs

Pumps are frequently out of service. Store us rarely stocked, I don't think shelves have been stocked in over 2 weeks at the time of this review. Doors are often locked in the late morning.

If I could rate this gas station 0 stars I would. If you value your time then avoid this Ricker's at all costs.
You will encounter one of the following issues: pump out of order, screen freezes during transaction (thereby eating your BP rewards), or pump refuses to acknowledge your BP rewards swipe. If you somehow don't encounter any of these issues, be prepared to wait five seconds for EVERY step to pay for gas at the pump. This includes confirming your selection only to wait five more seconds while it processes said selection. Absolutely horrible experience which is a shame as the location is convenient.

I went in to use the restroom and to fill up. I walked into the restroom. Not very clean and there was no toilet paper. I started to walk out to get toilet paper and an employee with a ponytail. She looks very young was standing there with toilet paper. So I said, thank you so much, I need that.” She said, “ we’ll actually I got it for me.” Rude much!

Terrible location. I've been to many Rickers living in Indiana and this place is an embarrassment to Mr.Ricker. its never stocked and stock boxes are always littering the floors. The employees, when there are more than one, are normally outside smoking or "on breaks" at 5pm when this place is normally super busy. I've watched one guy run register while there was lines wrapped to the wine cooler and three others stocking or smoking. Half the employees can't run the registers and never seem to comprehend basic things. Every day I have to search or ask for cups. They never fill them and if you ask for a cup or let them know something is out, they act confused and take way too long to fix it. I only come here because I love Ricker pops and there isn't another close. I have never seen a manager and it looks like the same4-5 people work here and none of them should have a job here. I just visited and the store was a mess and only one on register and another wandering and smoking outside while cups are empty, no bottled water for over a week stocked and random trash boxes and stock everywhere.
