Loved this place the first time, but after returning a second and third time received 2 different defective Elfbar vapes. Gave a third chance after the first defective one, then went to return the vape because it was stuck hitting straight out of the package. Told no returns and that we should’ve tested in store although we weren’t told to do that any of the three visits, and saw two different male employees there on our visits. Wanted to give them a chance but we are out $50 in unusable product now. Need to have consistent policies between employees. Wont be back unfortunately
