Hello everyone I am truly sorry about your bad experience at Village Pantry I am the new store manager and we have turned it around the cleanliness of the store is one of my top priorities, the store is now staffed with new employees that care about the customer experience so please give us another chance

Clean and organized. Staff was very friendly and helpful

This place is never open. From the staff being sleep all Night to them simply not being open during business hours. When they are open, the staff doesn’t even care to greet you. I work close and I prefer this location because its convenient. Not sure how they are in business still. As a loyal rewards member and consumer, this is very frustrating. Today is 7/13/22 and it is 9:23pm. I’ve been here 3 times since 8:17pm. 😑😔.

Night time and the guy is in sunglasses and says I can't get a gas receipt. Probably high as a kite. Store 5469

Checking to see if I lost my wallet one of the employees said he can't get in the office this was yesterday told me to come in the morning I came back this morning now this guy is telling me he can't get in the office I said so when can I get in the office he couldn't even tell me talking about tomorrow

The MOST Rude employees. Dirty. Even ruder loiterers sitting outside the building smoking Cheyennes. Dont try to be polite to anyone there cause they will not give it in return. I hope the cashier felt super powerful in her cashier position after being obnoxiously rude to me.

I would give this NO stars if I could. WOW this place is running a scam! My employee used this gas station and Mohammad (if that was his real name) was the gas attendant there. He would not let my employee leave until he personally saw his card. guess what? he took a picture of his card with his personal cell phone. I wouldn't trust this place at all. I reported this place too. I have a picture of the man behind the counter taking a picture of his card.

I wish I could give this store ZERO stars!! Its ALWAYS dirty, the candy that is displayed is very hard and gross, the employees are very rude and nasty towards customers. Apparently the employees do not have a clear view from their front windows because there is a gas station on EVERY corner or block! Village pantry is NOT the only option. I'm suprised this establishment is still in business! My company has thousands of employees located pretty close and we will no longer be doing business here. My husband tried communicating with the "new" manager Otis!! That was also a joke as he is just as bad as his employees! He's probably the reason they act the way they do!

This is the dirtiest of all has stations besides one on 82nd, the brand new Speedway. This VP is always dirty around their fountain area. I won't even pour my drink there. I got ice and a bottle. I went in just now and there is red substance leaked on the counter and not cleaned up. Every time I go it's always the older short man in there. Floors are nasty. I dont think VP cares. This store didnt used to be this dirty, I know an ex employee. It's a shame. I took pictures this time.

I went to go get gas then after the transaction was completed one of the guys tried to get my personal information by pretending he needed it for a transaction that was already complete. The guy next to me told me that he had taken a picture of his credit card on his personal cell phone. Do not trust this place they're definitely trying to run some type of financial scam

This place is terrible and the bathrooms are disgusting. Do yourself a favor and go to one of the other gas stations close.

No coffee at 9am Tuesday. Just 3 people behind the counter operating one register.

Complains when using 100 dollar bills. Drinks advertises 2 for 4.50 end up being 6.18

I have an issue every time I come here. They have "old" deals posted everywhere but never honor the posted deal.
