Pauline our technician arrived promptly on time. She was friendly and courteous. She was very professional and informative when she showed us how to operate oxygen machine. She was very patient and helpful when we had questions.

It was an awesome experience. I'm going through a lot of health conditions that tie in with my obstructive sleep apnea. They were very respectful and nice to me when I first got there, explained everything the way it needed to be done to where I understood it with no questions, would highly recommend this company to anybody in need of a sleep apnea machine. Felt very comfortable and felt like my opinion mattered with my health. Thanks you guys, your awesome

Layton did an excellent job today! He went through the ware and care of the machine, replacing parts fitting insurance. I felt he knew his job very well.

Was so easy to work with. No hassle, no fuss. Billed my insurance the day my doctor put in the order and I had my equipment the next day - delivered for no extra charge. I am very happy to be a customer.

Kathie was great. She listens and took time to go over the different face mask with me and the ones I selected, she stated to bring them back to the store. She didnt rush me. Even after I started getting a hot flash , she turned a fan on. Overall my visit was great!

I’m a repeat customer. My Mom and I have both both lift chairs and I just recently got a rollator walker. Great customer service. Very knowledgeable and friendly!!

Kathie was great, she explained everything very well about the machine & the different types of mask, she made sure I was comfortable by adjusting the straps!

I will give Ron 5 stars he was great! But Goulds shouldn't tell stories about calling and didn't not even spam call came through on my phone 🤔.

The Lady who helped get me set up was very informative, kind, and seemed to really care! Assured me they would help me find the right mask and wouldn't stop until we did! Highly recommend!

The gentleman was so very knowledgeable about the oxygen equipment that my husband was going to have to use and explained it to us so that we understood and would be able to do it ourselves!
We also got a hospital bed with all those buttons !!!! Before he left our home, we were pros!

Just needed a bed post op, they were on top of it, although my insurance company didn’t cover it, I was able to get the bed the day before surgery, it’s worth the out of pocket and they picked it up from me when I called, expediting the return. Thanks again for your courteous staff. 😊😊😊😊😊
