Devon helped my sister get a new phone. He stayed a half hour after closing and helped her get a new phone, because otherwise she would have been without a phone. Greatly appreciated the fact that he went the extra mile there and helped out.

My phone was lost/stolen, so I walked into the store 20 minutes to closing. Devon S. stayed a half hour past closing in order to help me get a new one and also helped set it up. I know he was probably tired and ready to leave, but he stayed to help me, and I really appreciated that. Thanks again Devon!

I needed to upgrading my phone and their employee, Chris, was so friendly, nice and helpful! Even though it can be a process he worked quickly and efficiently to get everything done.

I had 3 issues with my Galaxy 22+ after an automatic factory update. I made an appointment at a company Verizon store in NEPA. I left after 45 minutes with the problems still irking me and the Verizon agent scratching his head in confusion. Stubbornly, I visited Chris at the Moscow TCC. 20 minutes later, all 3 hiccups were fixed. Thanks, Chris!

Michelle helped my family switch over from Tmobile to Verizon recently. She was very helped with the thousands of questions we had. Being a tmobile customer for 15 years, having many phones, devices and hot spots we needed to make sure we were getting the same type of plan and close to cost. She worked very hard on getting things together for us. And in the end she did amazing. We made the switch. I couldn’t have asked for a hard worker. I highly recommend working with her.
