Very clean and organized Ace Hardware! The staff is super friendly and knowledgeable. I am redoing a RC boat for my daughter and needed a bunch of small items. The ACE Team helped me and was excited to do it. They knew where everything was, and helped me create some off the wall solutions that will work extremely well. Can’t say enough good things about them!

Went to Ace hardware to get some things for plumbing. The guy that helped me out very nice just lack of training. So I had to return and item and talk to the manager Kimi. She got me all straightened out. But unfortunately needed a little extra help. So she referred me to a family member that was an expert plumber. How awesome is that. This Ace Hardware goes above and beyond! I have 2 very creative young boys that invent projects they want to build constantly. On a rainy Tuesday, we went to Ace on Van Dyke in Utica with their idea for a home made trailer they could tow behind a bicycle. Cole and Matthew went so far out of their way to help my boys design and build the “hitch” assembly out of plumbing parts, while Bobbi, Shane, the owners Ken (over the phone), and “M” (so sorry I forgot her name) helped my boys design the axle and wheel assembly! I am beyond grateful for their help and knowledge. We came in with a rough idea and some pictures and this AMAZING team at Ace came up with the design/build that will bring the trailer to life! THIS IS THE STORE YOU NEED TO SHOP AT! This wasn’t my first time there, and this will definitely not be the last! You’ve got customers for life! If I could give more stars I would! Forget the big box stores… this Ace is where you need to go!! THANK YOU!! We are blown away by your kindness, knowledge, and help!!

Perfect place for small home projects. I needed 1 5/16 bolt but didn't know size. Found it for$.24. Every other place needs you to buy the whole pack. Ace is truly the place with the helpful hardware folks.

They always have everything you need, whether big or small. They make Keys, also are remodeling at the moment and it should be a lot more efficient once done. Front doors are blocked off go around the back and park, there is a rear entrance.

Their branding speaks of a helpful place and they live it. I was directed to a clerk with my DIY project and he was helpful beyond what I could find online with those "help" videos.

Has some decent deals going on. Good place for tools but didn't notice any hammers. I sapose I could have just overlooked them. However still a good place to get tools.

I love this ACE Hardware store. Started coming here with my dad when I was five. I’m a grandma now, so that tells you how long I’ve been a fan. They are very helpful and knowledgeable. I’m sad to hear they were sold to the larger ACE chain, from what I’m told, they won’t be able to give us the personal attention now that we’ve become accustomed to. And if you need screen repair, you better bring them in ASAP because once the new owners take over they will be sending the screens out to get repaired instead of doing it in house. Hoping not much changes with the new owners! We’ll see.

I shop at his hardware store frequently. Staff are always helpful in finding what I need. Great for a quick trip when you need that 1 or 2 items to complete a project. Prices are mostly in line with the big box stores...occasionally more expensive...but not by enough to make the extra trip and scavenger hunt worth it. Definitely recommend.

Excellent hardware store. They have an extra-large plumbing section, and John down there is super knowledgeable. There's a good reason they've been around so long.

Update, they were receny bought by Great Lakes Ace. Hopefully they'll stay good.
