Holly's Hallmark Shop

Needed a Wendell August Forge item for a work gift. I called and the lady that answered told me they had several of what I was looking for in stock. When I got there, I was surprised by the large selection. The store was organized and clean. Both ladies working were extremely friendly. Will return!

Hollys Hallmark in White Oak is what I call my Happy Place. Customer service is excellent here, as a matter of fact I'm on my way there now.

I always find the nicest things at this location. Once I called looking for something and the lady went and found it, and she put it away for me till I got there. The ladles are always so Nice!!!

It's nice to shop here they have a lot to choose from. They don't watch you like you're going to steal something but I like that they're around in case you have questions. A bit pricey but you can find items on sale & items very specific to what you need. I'd recommend them for special gifts.

I need them card for wedding card fot my friend. Also I need them card for my parent are anniversary . I would see their ornaments for new . Some thing have clearance with 15% off prices. It really atmosphere and some nice these some new.

This Hallmark store has the best customer service! Very friendly people, always willing to help! I love to shop there; find bargains too! Thanks for all.

I am still getting used to the remodel. The store was fully stocked and there were several associates available to assist. They are always very friendly and accommodating.

Friendly folks. They have a large curio inventory and upscale chocolates. Very good greating card selection. Wrapping supplies and Pittsburgh sports memorabilia.

After receiving a birthday card saying 20% off entire purchase, i went to shop at Holly's Hallmark Shop. After i was done shopping the cashier told me the 20% off did not include chocolate candy or sale merchandise. It should have been printed right on the card that the 20% excluded chocolate candy and sale merchandise. I was very disappointed. I was a good customer but will not be going back to Holly's Hallmark Shop.

I visited this location on 4/6/23. Second time here, second time very disappointed in the customer service. This particular visit, the two women cashiers were unhelpful when I needed assistance and condescending. Sad because I love Hallmark and this is the only one nearby. They should replace this store with something that benefits the community and it’s people
