The UPS Store

The ladies at my UPS store are so kind and helpful. They are very efficient and apologize if you wait in line one minute.

I've been coming here for years doing amazin returns, and printing certificates. The certificates always come out sharp and beautiful, and the staff is always very friendly. I remember when I first moved here, the owner helped me get through to the big UPS to fix and address issue I had as well.

Lavonne was most helpful and knowledgeable for our shipping needs. She packed everything up nice and safe with care and made sure I had the correct coverage

I had a wonderful experience at the UPS store thanks to Amy! She was incredibly helpful and kind throughout my visit. Her exceptional customer service made my day. I highly recommend her assistance to anyone visiting the UPS store.

Krissy , went above & beyond to make my notarized papers an ease. She was very kind & helpful & kept everything in order. I highly recommend this store.

What a grateful experience I had at the White Oak UPS store on Sunday, 4/16/23. I had multiple returns that I was shipping back to Amazon, not knowing I had to have 6 return QR codes in order to do so. Well, in steps employees Gavin and Emily! They not only helped me get all 6 codes up on my cell phone, they graciously and successfully got them all returned. Gavin and Emily were professional, courteous, and happy to help every step of the way, with smiles on their faces!

I don't know why it's taken me so long to write a review, but I've been coming to the White Oak UPS store for years. The service is excellent! As far as the friendly staff, I love them all! Chrissy always perky, while making the customers feel personally valued, as only she can. Lavonne is absolutely irreplaceable & the nicest lady anyone will ever encounter. As far as the "youngsters", they'll have you in & out while knowing how to effectively problem solve just about any issue. This place is a great community staple and I'm so grateful they're here

These guys down here it's a white oak location are so awesome they have helped me in so many ways concerning notarisation photocopies that are colored and getting documents overnighted they are just a wonderful group of people of never had a problem coming down here 🩷

It was extremely easy and convenient to stop in and send the item I was sending, it was boxed, sealed, and a label was printed quickly.

I love this ups store, everyone is super helpful and nice! I take all my Amazon returns here and send them back for free this way!

If Gavin doesn’t get a raise, then I will personally burn down all of White oak and resurrect a statue in his image. For legal reasons that was a joke, but for serious reasons, I’ve been getting prints done at the Whiteoak UPS store for as long as I’ve lived here, and I’ve had nothing but Good experiences here.

Today I had 3 returns which I been dreading because of stress The girl who waited on me was phenomenal, she did everything with ease and it was so awesome of experience. Unfortunately I did not get her name. But thank you to her for wonderful service. Definitely was appreciated.

The staff has always been wonderful!Today Emily O, stood out to me! My box was to heavy for me and she carried it in.Her patience level with me when I could not find my amazon return code.She helped me find it. She so relived my stress ! Please keep her !!!

The staff at the White Oak UPS store was very helpful today for what my husband needed. Sasha was professional and courteous and was able to assist him with notary, photos for his application, and overnighting his paperwork for his professional licenses. She offered different mailing options and was very helpful with were the papers needed notarized. While we waited I observed the other employees take care of customers and they too were professional and kind to each customer. I had an Amazon return and it was handled quickly! I will be recommending this location for anyone I know that needs these types of services.

I have been using white Oak UPS for quite some time, Staff has always been friendly and efficient. I have always Sent My packages Through the white oak UPS I have never had a problem recently my package was lost On its way to Texas But with the help of Krissy and her Staff it was tracked down And finally got there, Krissy Checked in with me To make sure it got to its destination. Thank you krissy And your entire staff for having such great customer service You don't find that too much anymore!
