Kay is such a wonderful person Kays customer service, hospitality, time management and absolute kindness towards all her customers makes it worth the drive to the white oak location a must .As soon as you walk in the door Kay is attentive and professional and extremely Helpful . I'd hire her in a heartbeat.

The young woman at Oak Park mall in whiteoak was very helpful, with all the customers in the store, very polite, very easy to speak with, and very knowledgeable. I'm sorry her name escapes me at the moment but she was very professional and very courteous. Management material for sure if she isn't already the manager she should be considered for the position in my opinion. I'll continue to use that specific store for the duration she is employed there. Alexis was really amazing. I have never experienced a more helpful salesperson. She took time to help me understand the phones, plans and walked me through the whole process of transferring my old information to the new phone. 10 STARS!!!!

Some may be skeptical of good help when it comes to phones and service but they got a young lady name Makayla at the White Oak store who is really knowledgeable and helpful. She helps me all the time and confident in recommending her to help you.
